Official Description

This hotel is located directly in the tourist centre of Torremolinos and is separated from the sandy beach by just a road. An array of shops and entertainment attractions are located within 3 kilometres of the hotel. The closest airport is just 7 km from the hotel. Public transport departs from stops located directly in front of the hotel. This attractive apartment hotel was built in 1975 and renovated in 1997. The hotel offers a total of 326 guestrooms spread over 4 floors of which 12 are singles, 128 doubles and 186 are apartments. The facilities include a spacious lobby with a lift, a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a conference room and a games room. In addition, it has a cosy café, bar, shops and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for younger guests. Medical assistance is also on offer for should it be necessary. The hotel offers younger guests a playground and kids' club. The rooms and apartments are tastefully decorated and include an en suite bathroom. In addition, they are fitted with a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, central heating and a safe. Guests are offered a swimming pool, a pool bar, sun loungers, parasols, a hot tub, water aerobics, a solarium and massage service as well as a diversified entertainment programme. Our second time at this beautifully clean, well equipped hotel. I cannot fault anything, great food, fabulous staff throughout, perfect location. Have already booked again for next year!!

Great Hotel for Families and All Inclusive is a must with so much choice on the offer.

We just came back home today from Our Stay at Occidental(Myself, My Husband Our Daughter Lily (6) and Our Son Ryan (3). Our friends also stayed so group of 12 in all (3 separate rooms)). We had the best time, we had All Inclusive and a Family Room with Large Double Bed(which is basically 2 singles together) and Sofa Bed for the kids plus large balcony with 2 Sun Loungers and Small Table and 2 Chairs. Our Kids loved The Barcy Club, always had something fun to do and your Entertainer Diego was a ray of Sunshine, he really puts so much passion into what he does. Our kids will miss him dearly. We loved the choice of food, always so much to choose from but we wished that the lunch could be a bit later in the day....we were only getting hungry again after breakfast around 4pm and only the snack bar was open which was kinda limited. The cocktails were great and always available and served with a smile. We had a photo shoot with Alex from the Photoclub in the Lobby and he was so well mannered and happy. Everytime my kids saw him they would run up to him and hug him and say 'Hola Alex' and he remembered their names which was so special. It just made our stay so much more personal. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely visit again next year. PROS - Family Friendly -Delicious Food -Accessibility -Friendly Staff with good communication skills CONS -Pool was very cold(but kids thoroughly enjoyed it)
