My stay here was absolutely amazing. They say first impressions count and that it did indeed. The warm and friendly staff, tranquil environment. Top tier customer service,and did I mention the food( chef kiss). I will definitely be going back.

Loved the resort! The pools, beach access, rooms, variety of restaurants & friendly staff made the vacation amazing!! Our favorite restaurant was the Italian themed Lo Locando. The food was delicious!! We would definitely recommend the resort!

Just spent 2 weeks here as a family of 11 wouldn’t recommend staying here hotel was beautiful apart from that not much to offer there was no evening entertainment only in a theatre room where you cant get a drink and all sat in a row felt very claustrophobic no outside seating to sit and watch any entertainment the only place to get a drink was in sports bar where it was very boring not ideal if you are looking for a fun family holiday there was one night where they had a disco and singer near the beach which was a good night but that was all breakfast run out of food most mornings waiting for it to be filled up for 20-30 minutes avoid this hotel if your wanting a good Jamaican experience x

Honest review of the key issues of the resort

We stayed at the resort for a week end of March for spring break. We booked two rooms. A privilege Junior Suite for the kids and a privilege rooftop junior suite for us. Based on our experience the most important things that need to be fixed urgently by the management are: MAINTENANCE The resort is posted as a brand new resort. It's very apparent that ever since they build the place they stopped maintaining it. I was unpleasantly surprised by the lack of focus that the management team is placing on this issue. Paint stripping down the wals, rust on anything iron, paint drippings on the floor, cabinets that do not close properly, and a desk without anything to sit on to name a few. Unless they fix this they will run this place into the ground and it's no longer worth paying a premium rate for the experience. STAFF TRAINING The staff is a hit and mis. Most annoying thing is the 1st night at our dinner in the Priviledge lounge of all places the waiter after dinner rammed a QR code under my node that sent us straight to a Google review site for the resort and he would not leave unless we mentioned his name in our review and give everything perfect 5 star ratings... Another example is the butler service. They mentioned that you get a free 30 minute hydro therapy message at the spa for example that turned out to be access to the sauna and the pools in the spa. Of that's it call a spade a spade. Like the coffee machine is the room is not a Nespresso machine either but a Keurig machine.... Unless you like to be sold a premium (timeshare like offer) reject the free breakfast at 9AM. No idea btw why the 1st thing they expect you to do on your holiday is attending a sales pitch. The food is good, but quite limited to a couple of options to most restaurants. Thing that they can improve on is between 4-6PM there is no food available like snacks other than Mikes coffee bar. Other places i went to had finger food available pre dinner. Best place we went to is the jerk hut. Best service and great food. The hibachi place qas nice but it will be extremely noisy. Safe to say I will not be going back to any H10 resort any time soon.
