Official Description

If you are coming via your own boat, the resort has 50 docking slips available for craft up to 120 feet. The resort welcomes you to enjoy leisurely outdoor dining at Grouper's Bar & Grill for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is an on-site dive shop that will only be too happy to make your daily arrangements. Enjoy tennis, two luxurious swimming pools, one of which has a swim-up bar, plus, car, boat and bike rentals. You can play bingo and volleyball and enjoy a fun variety of nightly activities, all brought to you by a most friendly and caring staff.

Stay here, eat here!

We stopped here for a month. Had a trip to England planned and needed a marina to keep the boat at. This place fit the bill perfectly! All staff were super! Absolutely loved this place. And it had 2 pools, which the wife liked. It’s basically a marina, resort and restaurant. (And you can rent cars from them ~$75 /day) They have shuttles to and from the grocery store and daily activities planned. Also have an onsite dive shop. The restaurant/bar is great. The Philly is spectacular and also the fish strips! Will not be disappointed! Try it and you’ll love it there! Straw market a short drive or taxi ride away. Shoppers paradise!

Very Dirty Unit

The unit was very dirty. Dirt & something that looked like blood stains all over the doors and walls. There where things that needed to be fixed within the unit. i.e. Kitchen sink leak, light flickering etc. Which was reported to the front desk was not taken care of. Swimming pool had chipped tile. That cause injury a traveling mate. It was just a bad experience.

Overall, this is a nice place to stay. Is it older? Yes, but you’re in the Bahamas! Staff works hard to make you happy. The 3-bedroom townhouses are large and comfortable. Having 2 pools and a whirlpool was nice. About 5 minute drive to the beach. And, their cars are clean and worth renting!

The resort is cleaned and had all you will need during your stay. Except the WiFi service need to be improved not only you pay for it separately but it not working properly inside the room

I went on this trip to recharge and refresh. I was able to do just that. My friend and I lived either by the pool or on the beach. It was quiet enough for me to get some sleep and vibrant enough to have a little fun. It was off-season, so the resort was somewhat empty, but it was exactly what I needed. If I had a complaint, it might be that the room needed to be updated, but in their defense, it did seem as though they were in the process of doing that. Otherwise, the weather was great and the staff was helpful.
