Recently arrived home after 7 days in Ixia, Rhodes staying at the Oceanis Park hotel. Hotel location superb, very close to Rhodes Old Town and the Acropolis and Stadium for those wanting to do a bit of exploring and also just opposite a beach with shops, restaurants and bars nearby. We really liked the rock bar which is a 2 minute walk down the road. Transport organised by the staff is very good and the staff in general are superb, extremely friendly and helpful. We had positive experiences with all members of staff. We really enjoyed morning exercises with Jodi who was so friendly and chatty. The hotel entertainment is good with plenty happening throughout the day. Food is also good, lots of variety and great to have the option of a lighter lunch at the Greek grill, lovely gyros prepared by the hardworking lady running this section. The only thing I would have liked to have was a few more fruit options at breakfast as I don’t have a big appetite in the morning and I would have liked something lighter, but I understand this is personal preference. We used the gym a few times which was usually very quiet and kept clean. Room was nice and clean with good AC, the only thing which was a little unusual to us was the glass doors for the bathroom. We would have preferred to have normal doors but were completely happy with the room otherwise and I’m sure we could have been moved if we’d have asked, but didn’t want to lose the nice pool view we had. I’ve seen a few complaints about tourist tax charges and as we had done research on this we were prepared and knew the amount we needed to pay ahead of arriving. If this is an issue for you I would suggest to do some research ahead of your visit. All in all, a very nice relaxing week away in beautiful Rhodes at a good hotel- thank you to all the staff at Oceanis Park Hotel for making us feel like welcome guests.

Just arrived back from this hotel after a week with 12 friends. This hotel is definitely not 4 star, its 3 star at best. The tourism charge of 10 euros a night is for 5 star so we were ripped off, should have been 7 euros tops. We had to complain to the manager that the alcohol in the drinks was on the light side which he told the bar staff to change the amounts. However the biggest rip of is that after 11pm you have to pay for ALL alcoholic drinks !!!!! that is not what we call ALL INCLUSIVE.... totally shocked so be prepared for this if you chose this hotel. Other than the above the pools were great, lots of sunbeds, food was good and Rhodes town was really very nice to walk around and very scenic.
