Magical Stay at Oia Mare Villas – Honeymoon Suite Our stay at Oia Mare Villas was simply unforgettable. The location is perfect—peaceful and scenic with jaw-dropping views, yet just a short (and manageable!) walk to Oia’s lively shops and restaurants. The rooftop sunset view is next level—just make sure to grab your drinks from downstairs first! We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite, which was spacious and beautifully set up. The downstairs had a comfy lounge, kitchen, and bathroom, and upstairs was a large bedroom, with bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the caldera. Waking up to that view every morning was a dream. Huge shoutouts to the amazing team: Alaa – your exceptional service and constant support made everything effortless. Tim – thanks for the fantastic food and restaurant recommendations! George – your hospitality (and your iced tea!) was next level. Ali – absolute legend. Thank you for carrying our bags up and down those endless steps! Vasilly – the airport transfers were a breeze with you, and your company made the ride fly by. And the chef – that breakfast each morning was fresh, tasty, and just what we needed. This place made our trip truly special. Would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Oia Mare Villas for such a memorable stay!

Views to die for with superb staff!

Beautiful hotel with amazing views! Staff is excellent with lovely breakfast each morning. Just a caution that Oia in general is not made for individuals who have difficulty walking or use any medical equipment to get around like walkers or canes. Very steep areas to navigate this beautiful village.

Your credit card will get cloned

After travelling to this hotel and only using one of my cards at this hotel (confirmed by my bank) I can confirm after travelling back to The UK loads of Transactions have tried to be made with my bank which has luckily declined them. I was there in summer and now transactions have appeared in December. This is pure fraud

Magical!

Magical! A magical time at Oia Mare Villas! To us, it was perfection - from the views and the suites to the staff and cleanliness of the whole place. We were fortunate to be staying here for a full week (with our son and daughter, in Caldera and sea view cave suites), and during this time we really did feel like part of the family, as the staff were all so lovely. We particularly loved the breakfast chef who produced local pastries and traditional fayre among other breakfast staples. On complimenting her one day, she admitted she had been up at 5am that morning, baking the pastries. You can’t get fresher than that! The cleaners, too, were up early ensuring the place was spotless; we didn’t see a single piece of rubbish during our week there. Thank you, George and team, for making us feel like VIPs, for giving us a holiday we shall always remember... and for making our daughter’s 21st birthday so very special!

Fraud!!! Cloned credit cards and we weren't the first to complain about it!!!

People, get out of this hotel. We went with two couples of friends and when we checked in they asked us for our credit cards, claiming it was just a security measure. We thought it was strange, as we had already paid through Hotels.com, but in the end we gave them to them because we thought it was a normal hotel procedure. Our cards were cloned, mine and our friends', and several purchases were made. That's why I don't recommend this place at all, get out!
