Stayed here 2 weeks ago and have booked to return July . Location was perfect right on the beach , food was excellent staff very pleasant and helpful grounds were spotless luved the adult only pool to chill . . Rooms were a bit tired but suitable . We did a boat trip just booked it day before on the beach a must to do had a Turkish bath and massage at hotel was amazing well worth the money . Carnt wait to return would highly recommend this hotel carnt wait to return .

Hotel needs updating that's the negative out the way ,spotless, food really acceptable, entertainment a bit repetitive but the staff are amazing. Bring you a pint when you havnt finished the one you are on. A la carte chef Morat (sorry if I have spelt it wrong) is a amazing chef . His meals were to die for. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

The best week ever!!!! Ignore all the bad reviews this hotel is great! The food choices are great, something different for everyone, the snack bar during the day is unbelievable and drinks are really good! Yes the rooms are a little dated but you don’t go on holiday to spend a week in your room? It was cleaned everyday fresh bedding and towels and very spacious for the two of us. The entertainment is the best I’ve had in a hotel, Robin Tony and the rest of the animation staff are superb and made the week for us. Great entertainment though out the day and something different every night, the dance show was our favourite! The hotel staff were also amazing very attentive and friendly we couldn’t fault a thing! Plenty of sunbeds to cater for everyone! Mehmet the photographer is amazing at his job he captured some a great holiday memories for us!! The location is a 1 second walk from the beach and a 2 minute walk to the strip you couldn’t get better! We already can’t wait to return next year😁😁😁

Upon arrival it was raining, I do think health & safety is lacking as they had laid towels at the entrance of the hotel 😳 never seen that before regardless of * of hotel. we was shown to a room which had a water leak, we was immediately shown to a better room. I must admit the cleanliness is lacking massively, floors leave your socks brown & stained, bathroom was the most dated I’ve ever seen in any hotel to be honest. Bed seemed like it had seen many drunken nights 😳…… very squeaky. Lots of food options for breakfast but the coffee is pretty awful & so are the juices offered. I do feel the all inclusive dinner was lacking options to be honest it was the same every night. I would say the cocktails are decent. The location is amazing, past the pool down the stairs and you are on the beach, which is why we booked this hotel. The only thing I would say is it’s full of British drinkers….. so you can imagine what the evenings sounded like when people have had a few too many. I would agree that this isn’t 4* at all more 3 at a push honestly. But it served its purpose for a last minuet get away! With decent breakfast & decent cocktails But would be highly disappointed if this was a 2 week booking & the only holiday of the year. There is non existent entertainment in the evenings but location is amazing for venturing out so we didn’t mind, but you would mind if you had kids or just like to relax at the resort. Upon checking into the hotel we wasn’t really told much but was told we had to come to a mandatory meeting in the morning, we did not attend, we have visited Turkey many times, we have done all the trips & booking excursions you will get a better deal 2 minutes up the road. The hotel is NOT catered for rain at all I would say rather unsafe & no seating options inside as there is around 10-20. Seats inside it was a fight for seats on a rainy day very wet floors. Checking out the hotel they just took the keys and said luggage room, wasn’t shown anything, didn’t help with luggage or anything had to sort ourselves out. No facilities like other 4* hotels such as showers/ changing rooms so if you want to use the pool on check out day between the times of being picked up for a transfer you can’t really as nowhere to wash & change, do find that very disappointing. We only come for 5 days and that was more than enough… would not reccomend a longer booking as you will be bored as no entertainment bored of food . We usually are 5* plus hotels such visitors however I booked us a budget hotel to see what it’s like, it wasn’t awful, it was fine, my husband would not return to this hotel, neither would I really. Honest review of a couple on our mid 20s no kids.

A well situated hotel . It's clean and the staff are helpful. Food is good and the pools very clean. Little things are missing like soap dispenser in rooms but not filled up. This hotel is very popular with the bristish . All you can drink and the British is not necessarily a good combination . It is a little tired and could benefit from some up dating . But it wasn't an expensive holiday and it served its purpose
