Just returned from this hotel after staying for 11 nights all inclusive. Positives to this hotel is our initial impression of the hotel was the reception area was immaculate and check in was quick. Food was the best all inclusive we have had. Yes there were some dishes that were repetitive, but the quality of the food was exceptional. There were plenty of places to eat and drink and the a la carte restaurants were outstanding especially the Mexican. Entertainment was good. No sunbed wars which was great. Unfortunately, the negatives definitely outweighed the positives. We paid extra to upgrade our room to sea view, which is not what we were allocated. Spoke to staff, and I cannot believe how rude staff could be to their guests. The main restaurant was an absolute nightmare so make sure you give yourself plenty of time as you have to queue for every breakfast, lunch and dinner and you could be there for sometime. Never experienced anything like it. On some occasions, there would be at least 30 people waiting before us, and this was not in high season so I dread to think what it would be like at peak times. When we were eventually taken to our table, we would have to wait for cutlery and glasses to be placed on the table. We would have to wait before we were offered a drink and one evening, we had finished our meal before even offered a bottle of water. Breakfast closes at 10.30am and we were refused entry at 10.20am as the waiter told us "it may be 10.20am on your watch, but my watch says 10.30am" was extremely rude and said we had to leave. We had water and bubbles come up through the drain in the bathroom floor every time we used the shower. Upon reporting this to reception staff, I was told this normal on the island, and yet after speaking to other guests, they did not experience this issue. Some of the switches in our room had tape on them to stop you from using them. Quality of drinks were poor to which some we could not drink due to the soft drinks being so flat. My husband went to get pool towels and was accused by the male that he was keeping all the towels in his room and at one point, refused to give him any. The pool would close at 6pm and they would place chains around the pool regardless if you were lying on the sunbed and the chain would be resting on your head. Just be mindful if you like the beach, you have to cross a very busy road to get there. There are sun loungers on the beach purely for this hotel, but I would say they are not in the best of conditions. If you do like the sea, I would highly recommend wearing swim shoes as the beach is full of pebbles and the rocks are sharp when you get in. There is a bus stop outside the hotel that runs to Rhodes town, but the buses are always full so give yourself time as you could be waiting some time before you can get on one. Whilst taxi's do accept cash and card, you do get a better price if you pay by cash.
