Not that private and intimate, but great experience

Rooms: 4 | Service: 5 | Location: 5 Good: staff incredible (only caught the names of Benji & Mena - sorry if I’ve spelt them wrong), hot water in shower, extras like breakfast, soap, bottled water, attentive throughout, food was delicious and plenty of drinks options, felt amazing to have a pool/Cenote all to yourself Bad: door to bubble was broken/open, fence where mini pool was was missing so could see the path to another bubble (not private), bugs can’t be helped but we expected a jungle atmosphere so in case others were wondering yes there’s bugs about but nothing off putting - just bring bug spray.

Power outage. They were honest that this happens and it might take a few hours or couple days to get power back. No power, no washroom, no service, no restaurant, no food, no room fob/key, no internet or signal to call taxi. Location too far from anything to even go walk. It gets suffocating and the bubble collapsed on us in the middle of the night because it needs power to pressure up. We checked out and they promised full refund. No refund and after a whole year of booking.com claims and bank disputes, got our money back thru arbitration..
