Omni at Champions gate resort is outstanding! Every single staff interaction was excellent. We were there for a convention, and several days of personal fun. Highly recommend this location.

Too many hidden fees.

The resort is fantastic, the golf courses are in great shape, the staff is well trained, but the hidden fees are terrible. There is a $45/night resort fee. I have a problem with resort fees in general, but this is the highest I have ever seen. They also charge $38/night for self park. The resort is in the middle of nowhere with tons of land. I could understand it if it was in downtown DC, but not in the middle of a swamp.

First time staying, will attempt again

I have been to the Omni multiple times for the spa and day trips. This was my first time staying the weekend for my birthday. We booked a 2 bedroom villa on the Omni app and paid in advance for a discounted rate for valet. When we arrived we found out that the villas were separate from the resort building where the valet was so we had to get a shuttle the whole trip back and forth which was a bit annoying. I wish we were aware ahead of time because we would have done the self parking. The resort amenities were beautiful as usual and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff brought a cute treat to the villa for my birthday which was really nice. The 2 bedroom villa was really nice. The only downfall was when I went to use the hairdryer, it has someone’s false eyelashes stuck it to it which was gross. Otherwise the stay was nice. I would try to stay here again but probably a suite in the main building.
