One&Only The Palm

There really isn't one negative thing I can say about One & Only The Palm, it is, without doubt, an exceptional hotel where the whole team continually strive to exceed expectations, ensuring that their guests have a truly memorable experience. It really is no wonder that we return multiple times each year. From the moment that you arrive and are greeted by the very professional Kingsley and his team, Rahul, Abdul, Jalal, and Farukh, you feel like you are returning home. After a seamless check-in which takes place in the lobby lounge, where you are given a welcome drink and a cold towel, you are shown to your room by your Host who will be on hand to assist you throughout your stay. All of the rooms are incredibly spacious, whether they are in the main hotel or the Mansions on the beach. The rooms have everything that you will need for a comfortable stay including luxury Montroi toiletries, bath robes, slippers, a beach bag, and even an umbrella if you need a bit of shade as you explore the beautiful grounds. Our room was expertly taken care of by Manik who maintained our room to an incredibly high standard, which you would expect from a One & Only hotel. The hotel has three pools, the main pool, Safina pool and the spa pool. The main pool is stunning with the backdrop of the impressive hotel, whilst Safina is an adult only pool by the beach, with a very relaxed vibe and fantastic views of the Palm and the Dubai skyline. We spent more time at Safina during this stay and were greeted every morning with a friendly smile from Salman, Ashan and the team who were always on hand to bring refreshing drinks and cold bottled water. The sun beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of umbrellas to give you some much needed shade. There are plenty of lifeguards on duty around both pools and the beach, and we would like to give a special mention to Rashun who gave us a tour of the beach and showed us where it was safe to swim etc. We enjoyed a couple of visits to the beautiful and tranquil Guerlain Spa and had the Whispers of Ouessant massage, which was carried out by the highly skilled Padmini, whom I would highly recommend. We enjoyed breakfast every morning at Zest restaurant where we were looked after by the wonderful Kule who remembered our preferences for food and drink from previous visits and was able to assist with choices from the extensive menu and buffet. Teddy was also on hand to assist and share his recommendatons. It was always a pleasure to chat with Anna who manages the team. You can also have dinner at Zest which has a delicious Italian menu and its own pizza oven for very authentic Italian pizza. Akash is extremely knowledgeable about the menu / wine list and can answer any questions that you might have about any of the dishes and provide expert recommendations. 101 is the hotel's Mediterranean restaurant at its own private marina. The food is outstanding, as is the service given by Aboo, Annie, Jensen and the wider team under Hassan. We always look forward to dining at 101 as we are so well looked after, and the fresh fish is some of the best we have ever eaten. You can always end your evening with a night cap in the lobby lounge where you will be greeted by Faye, Krishna and Ishan. It really is a team effort with Rahul, the General Manager, and every one of his managers, going out their way to interact with guests and ensure they are having a great stay. Always good to catch up with Tharindu, Leon, Pritesh and Sachin when we visit. Very special thanks to Vanessa who assisted with our arrangements ahead of our arrival, and especially to our host, Andrew, who, without question, made this latest trip so special. We travelled with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law who were first time visitors to Dubai and One & Only, and they both agreed that Andrew went above and beyond to provide them with exceptional service which was attentive and thoughtful.

Luxurious amenities, outstanding service, and a prime location. We loved everything about it! I highly recommend hotel One and Only for its comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Absolutely incredible hotel. We have just got back from our stay of 10 nights at this fantastic place. Food was amazing, particularly at the zest restaurant. Breakfast was brilliant and you get offered a wide variety of options on the menu. Every staff member we met were very polite and helpful, they do everything to ensure your stay is perfect! I got speaking to the quality manager ‘Q’ at the managers drinks evening, very polite and friendly character who is clearly doing a great job at this hotel! This is our second time at a one and only resort and we are now hooked on their attention to detail and professionalism. One more thing to add, room 314 is a great room with a fantastic view over the palm in the evening sunset. Thankyou O&O team!

Words cannot describe this hotel it is amazing. All of the staff are attentive ensuring you have an absolutely first class relaxing holiday. Our host was Andrew he met us everyday and ensured we had everything we needed. He was amazing the whole time we were there. Kooli served us at breakfast and remembered previous orders he was fantastic throughout our stay. Annie and Abu at the 101 restaurant were again fantastic ensuring everything was first class. We always received a warm welcome for a pre-dinner drinks from Faye and Krishna. Every single member of staff at this hotel provides first class service no matter what job they are doing. We visited the Spa and had a relaxing massage. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, the food is amazing with plenty of choice. The whole hotel is spotless. This was my first time in Dubai and I will definitely be back and will 100% be staying at the One and Only The Palm.

Stayed for 13 nights and it was amazing. Hotel and grounds are stunning. We had Delly as our host and he couldn’t do enough for us and always with a smile. We ate at Zest, 101 and Stay. Breakfast at Zest was wonderful, the salt crusted fish at 101 was lovely and the food at Stay was just superb. Jude, Joel and all the pool staff were great as were the restaurant staff, housekeeping and management. We will definitely be back.
