Most comfortable beds

The place is so nice, the staff so friendly. Even in shared rooms beds are private and also so comfortable. I have been traveling and staying at different hostels and probably this is the most comfortable so far, hope to be back soon. Ask for the house Margaritas, they are greaaat

Money gone

This hotel charged my creditcard three times without my approval. My daughter payed cash but the keep charging my creditcard. I try to get my money back but the don t answer my mails and calls. So don t book this hotel with a creditcard!!! Only pay cash when you arrive otherwise you will get in problems.

We are a Smart, Sustainable, Cashless & Safe Hostel! There are 4 types of beds for all budgets. From regular bunk bed, queen size bunk bed, private cabins and our suites with private bathroom. Extra security for solo female travellers and an extraordinary location in Tulum downtown. Every bed has extra comfort mattress, pillows and sheets. There are 2 pools (one with a wet-bar) with a terrace lounge and every transaction can be cashless. The same bracelet is used for paying food, drinks, gratuities and also to open your rooms and/or cabins. Come to the spot that everyone is talking about!
