Our stay at Orange County Kemer between June 1- 8, 2025 was highly disappointing and did not meet even the basic expectations of a 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, we visited the restaurant and were shocked to find the food options extremely limited—primarily chicken and some unidentifiable fish dishes. As there was virtually nothing suitable to eat, and looking at the general condition of the hotel and the guest profile, we requested to leave and asked for a refund. Instead of accommodating our request, we were offered a "nice" room ( We booked the room with side sea view so no need for upgrade) as compensation. However, the room was filthy. The puff in front of the dressing table was visibly stained and unclean, sides of the table were also unclean. Upon further inspection, I removed the sheet at the foot of the bed and found a long, dark hair—completely unacceptable for any hospitality standard. After waiting approximately 45 minutes, our refund request was denied. To make matters worse, communication with the staff was extremely difficult, as most of them could not speak either Turkish or English, despite this being a hotel in Turkey catering to international guests. We reluctantly decided to stay, but the issues continued. At dinner, food service was already being cleared by 20:30, even though dinner was advertised as available until 21:00. This left many guests frustrated and confused. We raised our concerns directly with the hotel manager. While I will not share the details of that conversation out of courtesy, I initially believed the promises made during our discussion. Unfortunately, none of those promises were fulfilled. We were ignored by him rest of the stay. Also the puff that you can see attached, was not changed. The only positive aspect of our stay was Mr. Necdet, the entertainment manager. He was kind, professional, full of energy, and genuinely cared about guest satisfaction. His shows and attitude were the only reason we chose to remain at the hotel. I would once more would like to underline the fact that the only one reason we stayed in this hotel was because of Mr. Necdet. Overall, I do not recommend Orange County Kemer based on the poor hygiene, lack of food variety, communication issues, and failure to deliver on service promises. Notes: The Turkish staff was helpful and friendly I would like to thank respectively İsmail bey, Mehmet Bey, Recep Bey, Cem Bey, Özgür Bey, and others I could not remember.
