Vacation in Orange County Kemer 😊 Upon arrival, we got a room right away, even though it wasn't 2 p.m. yet, the room had everything we needed, it was cleaned every day. Even though it was the end of the season, everything worked, there was animation, discos too 😊 Very nice hotel architecture, although the hotel is not very big, but cozy. Entrance to the sea, both from the pier and from the shore, the beach is small, at the end of the season everyone fit in 😊 What I didn't really like was the constantly repeating food, there was a lot of it, but it was the same every day. The hotel is in the very center of the city, so it's very nice that you can go for a walk in the evenings, you don't have to go anywhere 😊

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Do Not Recommend

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The reception staff were rude, unprofessional, and irresponsible, especially Derya who works as a receptionist. We reserved online, but when we arrived we were told our reservation was not valid even though we had a signed confirmation. After a lot of trouble, they gave us a room for only 2 days, and then we moved to another hotel, and then back again for another 2 days. As some of our family had already stayed, this completely ruined our trip. Additionally, the doctor in the hotel was very crafty. When I mentioned a small pain, he sent me to the hospital, pretending everything would be free. In the end, they charged me $600 for a brief doctor visit, a small blood test, and a serum injection. It felt extremely dishonest and exploitative. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The management and staff are not trustworthy and our experience was terrible from start to finish.
