Such a wonderful holiday

Such a wonderful stay from beginning to end The hotel is beautiful clean and full of good energy. The food was tasty the rooms were cozy and the staff were always kind and helpful. But the real soul of place is the animation team Alpi and Burak are amazing so positive funny and full of life. They turned every day into something fun. We are leaving with memories we will never forget.

I expected more from a 5 star hotel. The in-room facilities were below standard there were no tissues, and only one shampoo for hair and body was provided, so the amenities felt incomplete. Whenever we asked the reception for something, it took quite a while to arrive. However, the restaurant and pool staff were really kind and professional, and their service was excellent.

This hotel definitely not a 5 star in our opinion.Not very well cleaned around the hotel. Toilets very poor. We had a couple of storms no attempt to clean up water.very slippery in places. We were here for 10 nights could not get in onsite Chinese tried on various occasions. Staff of an evening serving drinks in the rooftop and 24 hour bar pretty good.During the day most were pretty miserable. Food was Ok. Efes lager, Vodka was also good. The best feature of this hotel are the views surrounding by Mountains absolutely stunning !!! Also Lovely 15 minute walk to Icmeler which is lovely we will definitely stay there. Would we return to this hotel probably not.Did we have a good time Yes.

Recently returned from Orka Lotus Beach after spending 10 wonderful nights here. Even though the weather was occasionally unseasonally weird, we had a fabulous time. From check in to check out, the staff were amazing and made us feel so welcome. Our rooms, which I had previously requested, but not guaranteed, were absolutely spot on. Block 5, ground floor, next to the twin pools with our own little self service bar. [ Efes and soft drinks ]. Rooms are spotless and the mini bar and housekeeping guys did a wonderful job. Thankyou guys. It's a big place, with lots of lifts and stairs and different levels. The main restaurant [ Pine ] is huge with plenty to choose from. Impossible to go hungry with the choice on offer. The Tapas bar [ 12.00 til 17.00 ] around the main pool is great too for burgers, chips, pasta, salads, pizza and pancakes. OMG those pancakes from the lady on the beach were delicious. Drinks were good although I am not a fan of plastic squishy cups so I would recommend taking your own where the staff are more than happy to fill them. Drinks in the Lobby Bar are served in glass. Location is perfect. Albeit we were on the ground floor, we ventured up to the Blue Bar. La Patisserie and Lobby bars where the views over Marmaris and Icmeler are stunning. Icmeler is a nice 15 minute stroll with Marmaris about a half hour walk. Taxis are around £7 to go to either resort and reception can order for you. Finally, the hotel has its own private beach which stretches the whole width of the hotel. Lots of sunbeds, clean waters, a lovely jetty and a beach bar.... We spent a lot of our time here. Mainly because of the proximity to our rooms but also the service we received from the lads on the beach bar. Emir, Fukran and Sekir are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them. All in all, a fabulous hotel with amazing staff. We will definitely return.

Feeling like a family

From start to morning coffee by the pool to last night show everything at this hotel felt perfect. The rooms were spotless the food was always fresh. And special thanks to animation team Alpi and Burak from animation team they always friendly always funny. We came as a guests and left feeling like part of a big happy family.
