Hired one of the private cabanas for the day and it was fantastic. Well worth the money. We were a family of 5 and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our day. Drinks when you want, pastries, lunch, ice creams, waffles literally fed and watered for 8 hours long!!! So relaxing and you don’t have to lift a finger as you have your own waiter comes to take your orders! Brilliant.

recently returned! well I really like Marmaris, the second time we returned we just chose another hotel. We spent our vacation well! thank you! "one note" Lobby staff who works the day shift must change! gloomy women proud! not a single smile on their face! even in their own language they gossip about the guests! it was very unpleasant! But the guy who worked the night shift is a wonderful professional employee!all workers is very nice ! Breakfast! Dinner! Pool bar ! Rooms was well cleaned! Beach bar staff was very friendly’! We have good time ! Thank you very much ! Im rating 5 stars !”(((speaking about girls were works on August 3 ,4 .. this days ! )))On August 8 was amazing lady works in lobby thanks for nice wine !

Disturbing Experience – Unsafe, Noisy, and Inappropriate Staff Behaviour

I feel it’s important to share my experience so other travellers especially families and solo female travellers can make an informed decision. This was one of the most uncomfortable and upsetting holidays I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. Noise levels were intolerable. Loud music from the bar kept us awake every night, past midnight despite being told it wouldn’t happen daily. We were also told there were no other rooms available to move to, it was only by the 5th night when I requested a manager he moved us to a different room. The constant, pounding music around the pool during the day made it impossible to relax. Cleanliness and safety were lacking across the board. The floors were dangerously slippery, including the bathrooms, where I slipped and fell. Our room had ants, and public areas were not properly maintained. On top of that, a lifeguard actually threw my daughter into the pool completely unacceptable and dangerous. But the most serious issue was the behaviour of certain male staff member. I experienced unwanted attention and sexual harassment on more than one occasion. It made me feel extremely unsafe, especially as I was travelling alone with my daughter. This is not something that should happen anywhere, let alone at a hotel claiming to cater to families. I was asked for money by a cleaner and the next day two men arrived at my door asking for money in exchange for euros. They were not wearing name badges. I reported this and was told by the manager to find them and look for their name badges. Totally unacceptable. Some staff were rude and unhelpful. There was also a daily scramble for sun loungers you had to wake up at sunrise just to claim one. The list goes on!!! This hotel is absolutely not safe or suitable for families, and certainly not for women travelling alone or with children. I urge management to take these issues seriously, and I strongly advise other travellers to look elsewhere. I do not care for a response, you misinform guests in even your comments and minimize responsibility. Shame on you.

I had a nice experince in the hotel,food,pools Animation team was so nice espaclly Kübra. Activitys is very funny. We like orka lotus hotel.
