Super relaxing and gorgeous setting

We have just arrived home after a perfect holiday, The hotel was lovely, staff really friendly and fun.Food was fine there was nothing that we didn’t like.We went with no expectations and came home fully relaxed and looking forward to visiting again.You get what you pay for, but it was perfect for exactly what we needed, a few days rest, stress free.We could not fault it at all

Beautiful hotel, breathtaking views

Just arrived back from a couples break had such a brilliant time I don’t think this hotel gets enough credit. The views are outstanding, rooms are bright and clean. Grounds are breath taking. Staff are friendly. Food is not the best we did eat out every evening also there is no entertainment. We walked into town only 15 mins or a taxi 5 pound. All inclusive drinks good choices. Over all this hotel is so worth the money and will be returning. Thankyou for a great stay

Stunning location! Such a shame the food lets the hotel down!

We just had a 5 night stay, what a stunning location! The pool area and views from the hotel were picturesque. Sarigeme is a lovely little town, ideal location just a 2 min taxi ride from the hotel, with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach, which is a 5 min ride away. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and friendly. The bar staff were great they were extremely friendly and professional. The room was a basic standard, we were shocked at how small the balconys are. The air con and fridge in room worked ok, the shower hanger clip kept falling off, so every time we showered, we had to fix it! Which was annoying. The bed and pillows was super comfy! House keeping was good but unfortunately a couple days we were left without fresh towels but reception staff rectified this straight away. The food at the hotel is not great at all, the buffet variety is much smaller than your usual all inclusive! Breakfast was inedible most days, everything tasted off. Dinner was OK however no variety from day to day. The only good thing was the outdoor snack bar by the pool which most guests swarmed to. By lunch time we was all hungry after no/little breakfast! A lot of guests were eating out in the town’s restaurants with our all inclusive wrist bands so that says something! If you go all inclusive board for food then don’t bother but if you have your moneys worth in drinks then it’s ok. It’s such a shame the food lets the hotel down as the hotel was lovely! The friendly staff and vibe around the pool and bar area with lots of sun beds available made this a very enjoyable stay. If you are looking for an excursion, we highly recommend booking the basket travel 12 island boat tour!

Relaxing holiday!

Believe me, I was skeptical regarding the negative reviews about this hotel, but I have to say our experience was fantastic! We stayed for 5 nights and had the best time. Our room was impeccably clean, the air-conditioning worked as expected, it was around 37°c when we were here! All staff are extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food at this hotel was great, understandably plain to cater for everyone’s taste, however there was additional seasoning and sauces available for personal requirement. There was always a variety of different foods on offer to try and I have to say there was not one meal that we had an issue with. Meal times slightly differ from those on the websites, each sitting is 30 minutes before stated, but there’s a notice at the front of the food hall should any of those times change in the future. All inclusive drinks are free until 11pm, to which you then will incur a charge per beverage added to your rooms bill after that time. The hotel is situated at the top of quite a large hill/cliffside, so if you are to venture out to the town of Sarigerme, reception would call a taxi and there’s a taxi rank down there to accommodate your return. The hotel also offers a shuttle service at intervals throughout the day to a private section on the beach front, around a mile away or so. There are plenty of sun beds and a refreshments bar to quench your thirst. Overall we have had a really positive experience and this is the perfect place to come to relax and escape the stresses of work life. Will hopefully return in the future!

Terrible hotel, nice location, please check the reviews before going!

Wifi not working 90% of the time, majority of staff didnt speak english, tried to get an extra room key to keep medication in the minibar cold - had to use google translate. No indoor pool as advertised by love holidays - no gym as advertised by love holiday, tried to complain and the hotel accused us of going into staff areas and taking pictures - since when was the indoor pool and gym staff areas? Not relaxing at all, music so loud in the day by pool, towards the end of the holiday a big group of noisy english people decided to fight and cause problems and vape in the pool... Food ok if youre a vegan - a lot of salad which had flies on, holes in the ceiling, roof panels falling down. Hotel needs such a massive refurb.
