Please extend our sincere thanks to John in Engineering for swapping out our refrigerator which was not cooling items placed within. The refrigerator John installed prevented our food from spoiling! He was very friendly and courteous and expeditiously replaced the refrigerator after inspecting the original refrigerator. EXCELLENT customer service!

I want to say thank you to Ara at the front desk for helping me out with a lot of information and making me feel at home. Ara went above and beyond and very professional and I appreciate her. Mahalo’s Ara…!!!! Everything about the bedding, the view and amenities, gym and the swimming pool was perfect. The Piko has the best selections and super tasty meals! The Ahi was so so juicy and so was the ribeye that I also ordered the next day. I do a lot of cooking but I’m still wondering how they got the Ahi so juicy and not dry! It’s a very hard fish that normally always comes out dry but the cook knows what he’s doing. Whoever stayed in the room before me got a lot of hair stuck in the piping so I called the front desk for help and the maintenance repair guy I believe I recall his name is (RICHARD) as I recall came down to my room in less then 5 minutes and worked on the plumbing but it was plugged up really good. He was also very professional. Because it would take a while to soak in chemicals to eat away the crud in the pipes, the front desk upgraded me to an awesome room with a better view of the ocean, which I was very grateful to get! Oh and for the cost of my 3 night stay, it is very affordable and that was with the taxes and fees also. Also if you have children, they have a huge swimming pool with a huge slide and a few hot tubs around the pool. Overall, the OUTRIGGER Kona resort & Spa is the best and is very clean and for the 3 times staying there, the room and the grounds were super clean, I didn’t see any rubbish at all. Every single room I stayed in was so clean I didn’t even see a fingerprint or even a piece of lint..!!! Mahalo’s to everyone that I have bumped into at the resort! You guys are awesome. Absolutely gorgeous property. So much is included with your resort fee, and there are multiple activities to do every day. Kona is beautiful and Keauhou is magical. Swim in the bay, lay by the pool, see the mantas...it's all worth your time. Highly recommend upgrading to the club offering or joining the Outrigger's Platinum program because v47 access at this site makes life easy.

AMAZING POOL!!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here, and let me tell you, we loved it! We spent most of our time by the pool and would absolutely do it all over again. The slide was incredible, and the pool staff was fantastic—always attentive and on the go! While I don't remember everyone's names, one person really stood out to us: Alica. She was wonderful! We got a cabana, and she checked in on us every 30 minutes, making sure we were having a great time. She definitely had that manager vibe! My husband and I are already looking forward to coming back again and again!
