Amazing haven in Phuket

After getting off to a rather tricky beginning to our first holiday to thailand including cancelled flights and chaos in the middle east Outrigger in surin beach was the most welcome destination. Unfortunately on the day of check in i fell very ill but the team at check in were very extremely conscientious and helpful and even facilitated a visit from a local doctor and referral to the main hospital in Phuket. Peter, Golf and all of the staff from housekeeping to reception made us feel at home during every moment of our stay. After making a good recovery from said illness the remainder of our two week stay was incredible. Any query we had was swiftly answered and the local knowledge of all the staff helped us find our way around the island. Outrigger Surin Beach will not disappoint you, it’s a little slice of heaven. Thank you once again to all the staff who made our stay memorable!

Very organised and clean hotel with super friendly staff. The rooms are very big and clean. The service of the staff is simply outstanding, you can ask whatever you want and they can arrange it. I have been to many hotels, but never experienced such a nice staff. The hotel can also arrange tours for you, we made use of this opportunity and had memorable experiences. Furthermore, good breakfast and restaurant. We will definitely come back, thank you!
