Outrigger resort is a beautiful place. Lovely and clean. The staff were amazing so helpful and friendly they all really looked after me. Welcome and checking in was excellent. Amazing service. Loved it here. I will definitely come back and recommend staying here. Thank you so much.

This was my first visit and it exceeded expectations. From arrival, every team member was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful—true five-star service. The hotel is spotless and very well maintained. Facilities and amenities are thoughtful and high quality, and the food was delicious with a nice selection. The location is prime—steps from beautiful Surin Beach yet peaceful. Everything was so good that I’m already planning to return. Thank you to the entire team—you are the reason this place shines. Keep up the excellent work!

Friendliest staff ever! Not to sound like an arrogant schmuck..., but I am fortunate enough to have travelled. A lot. I've stayed in exotic, remote, crappy, beautifull, sleazy, high-end, exclusive, fleabag, all different kinds of accomodations. Never before have I encountered staff as friendly and helpfull as at Outrigger Surin Beach. A very sincere krap kun kap to all the staff that welcomed us to warmly.
