Currently staying at the Padma Legian. We have stayed here 2 times. The best word to describe the Padma is consistent. They offer consistently excellent service , food, rooms and facilities. The staff are their biggest asset always smiling and happy to bend over backwards to make your stay special. This doesn’t just happen it takes a team effort. Many thanks to all. Now back to my buffet breakfast :)

We have stayed many times at this amazing hotel and again, it did not disappoint. Ari at reception was very accommodating by changing our room to one with a bath. He then followed up with a phone call once we had settled into our new room. Breakfasts are the best and we loved relaxing around the infinity pool. We also enjoyed the bingo at the main pool! The SKAI bar and pool was great- we booked a day bed one evening and enjoyed the pool there. The staff are so well trained and always take the time to greet you. I also had a Nature Head spa(Japanese head spa) at The Spa which was relaxing and a real treat!

Padma exceeded all our expectations. All the staff were the nicest people and helped us with whatever we needed whenever we needed it. We spent a lot of time at the infinity pool bar purely because of the bartender Viery. Viery was so friendly, genuine happy smile and always make a good cocktail! Will be coming back to the Padma Resort Legian for sure, especially to see and chat with Viery.

Pak Oka (head of room cleaner section) is the best, always smile, friendly, professional, positive attitude and he is always make sure that our room is clean, tidy and he refills back all amenities. Just the best!

This is our second visit to the beautiful Padma Resort and it is just as breathtaking as the first. The breakfast is just amazing, they have everything you can dream of. The pools are always clean well serviced. We just love the flag system around the pool, the staff are so attentive, they are there in seconds. It is so much easier than trying to flag down a staff member. We had 2 x interconnected delux chalets which were so spacious and perfect. The aircon is brilliant and the beds are huge! Like sleeping on a bed of marshmallows. A special mention has to go to the lovely Wanda from breakfast. She remembered us from last year. She checked on us every morning and breakfast making sure we had all that we needed. She is truly a Padma gem. We check out today but will most certainly be back again next year to Padma. We just can’t imagine staying anywhere else.
