SO THANKFUL FOR PADMA STAFF!!!

We want to thank the staff at Padma for going above and beyond during our stay. My partner had a tragic fall in the bathroom resulting in a concussion & ambulance trip - as we also had our 10 month old baby this was a super scary time. Mei from concierge was absolutely amazing, taking my baby and settling her while I was in a very vulnerable state. She also organised flowers to our room and checked up on us daily. Sarah accompanied us in the ambulance to advocate for us as she is Australian and saw how horrible the situation was, she insisted and we are so grateful for her spending 4+ hours with us at the hospital while my partner underwent brain scans and other tests. Forever thankful. Tedy from guest relations was amazing from the minute we arrived and even now after having left Padma has checked up on us daily to see if we need anything. I am truly so grateful for everyone at Padma for making this experience abit brighter than it would have been if dealing with it alone. We had medics to the room within minutes and an ambulance arrived soon after. Everything else was 10 stars also ⭐️

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay at this resort. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained and comfortable with excellent facilities and great dining options. The staff were very friendly, attentive and always ready to assist. I would like to pass my thankyou to Mr. Sumei & Merry in the club lounge and Jessica, Gita & Dwi from the kids club for the amazing service to us. Also thank you very much to our driver, Lintar who was very kind and helpful. He made our trips more enjoyable with his warm hospitality. We will definitely back to Padma and would highly recommend it to anyone who visiting Bali

Have been to the Padma on several occasions and never disappoints. The resort is quiet and promises a peaceful relaxing stay. If you’re looking for more just outside of the resort there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from with great meals to enjoy. The staff at the Padma are AMAZING.. everyone takes the time to say hello and make sure you’re having the best stay. Breakfast has everything you could possibly want and more. Exceptional service from Gustav. F and Deni who catered to our every need at the adult only pool. Which I may add is one of the main reasons we choose Padma, no children allowed!
