Exceptional Service!

A group of 19 friends went to this resort. Check in by Cristian and check out by Theo was seamless. Every single staff member was kind, respectful, polite and efficient. Unfortunately I can’t remember all the names. Senti and Wanda were very friendly and booked us for a wonderful dinner with live music. They also arranged to have a surprise birthday cake for one of our friends. All the servers in the SKAI restaurant and breakfast buffet were super nice and helpful. At the pool bar we were taken care of by Gustaf, Nova, Arya & Satya. They were phenomenal. Housekeeping did a great job keeping our rooms clean and tidy. Overall, we had an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this resort.

Stayed at Padma Resort Legian for 5 nights and had an incredible experience. The resort itself is fantastic, with excellent restaurants on-site—perfect for those nights when you don’t feel like heading out. The facilities are great, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens that really add to the overall atmosphere. What truly sets this resort apart, though, is the staff. They are genuinely warm, welcoming, and go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Their level of service is exceptional, and they consistently go above and beyond. A special shoutout to the amazing team members who made our stay so memorable: Ayu, Tia, Alex, Juwita, Surya, Speti, Rita, Sutar, Sepia, Putera & Rofi(room attendants), and Ari, the poolside barman who made the best cocktails! Because of the people and the experience, I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Being quite fond of 5 star hotels, I thought as a family (2 Children 6 and 8) we would stay at the Padma. Stayed in the Lagoon access rooms which are also Club access rooms. The rooms themselves are ok. Not luxury and super modern but they are more traditional Bali style but clean, and everything works as it should. The lagoon pool is really nice at your door. The staff is probably what really sets this as 5 star. The slightest inconvenience and they were super quick to rectify the issue, but they were organised while doing it. Go to breakfast, they send the cleaners to your room while you're out. Problem with TV or aircon, it gets fixed immediately but probably what was nicer was a hand written note, with cakes apologising for the issue. They know what repeat business is everything. The one issue I did have was the age and condition of some of the bed pillows. I really hope reading this, that they go through all pillows and throw out the ones that are old... A lot of kids activities, great kids pools and slides. Fishing, archery, golf etc. Mermaid swimming. Kids party. It really kept them busy. I love club lounges in 5 star hotels. Tun in the club lounge was exceptional. The nightly cocktail hour was ok but it was the daytime service and food that excelled. During the day they offered 4 different hot food items, these seemed to be of a higher calibre than the night time offerings (the hot lunch food however was made to order). The daytime food was far above anything that I have previously encountered for daytime food at a club lounge. I feel with the quality of daytime food that the nighttime offerings were quite underwhelming. Tun was amazing with our children, Ice cream or a toasted sandwich was no issue at all. It was also nice that they checked in with me in regards to any room issues that we had as well. We as family loved it. There's shops, massages etc all within a very short 5 min walk from your room. The maintained grounds, buffet breakfast all exceptional. Will be back.

Padma wedding

I had my wedding at the Padma resort in Legian. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from the team. The day itself was beautiful and went off without a hitch, nothing was too much trouble and Shirley the wedding coordinator went out of her way to accommodate our every need. When my hair and makeup team fell through 3 days before the wedding, Shirley quickly jumped in to help me find someone who could fill in and do 6 hair and makeups. Every detail was perfect. Everyone couldn't stop talking about how good the food and drinks were. The fire dancers that were organised was an incredible spectacle that we never could of seen back home. We are still pinching ourselves that it was our wedding, and that is all thanks to the incredible team at the Padma. I would recommend them to anyone
