We had the most beautiful family holiday at Padma Resort Ubud and cannot speak highly enough of our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome — truly like part of the family. The resort itself is incredibly relaxing, clean, vibrant and tranquil all at once. The gardens are absolutely amazing, the views are breathtaking, and everywhere you look feels peaceful and beautifully cared for. It is such a special place to unwind as a family. The food was world class throughout our stay — every meal was exceptional, and the service from the food and beverage team was outstanding. A huge thank you to Chef Damian, Chef Rikki, Dika, Cindy, Indri, Eva, Julio and the rest of the team for making every dining experience so memorable. We also loved the many traditional and cultural activities on offer, which made the stay feel even more special and unique. A special thank you to Tama, Mahendra and Parwita for the wonderful cultural activities with Millie — they were so kind and engaging and made the experience unforgettable for her. The kids club was absolutely fantastic and such a highlight for our family. Yanti, Nur, Karini, Rini, Tina Meiya, Pina and Resti were all so caring, warm and attentive. Millie had the best time, and it gave us so much comfort knowing she was being looked after by such beautiful people. A very special thank you as well to Ardawan, Alit and the entire housekeeping team for keeping our room so spotless and welcoming every day. The beautiful towel animals were such a thoughtful touch and brought so much joy to our stay. Thank you as well to all the other wonderful staff whose names may have escaped us — every single person we encountered helped make our stay so special. Padma Resort Ubud is a truly exceptional place, with incredible staff, stunning surroundings and an atmosphere that makes you feel completely at home. Simply WOW From Start to Finish

WOW truly says it all. We chose this hotel for our honeymoon and could not have been happier with our experience. The property itself is absolutely stunning. It is very true to the photos, if not even better in person. The grounds extend into truly breathtaking areas, including walking trails that lead to some incredible viewpoints. The yoga nest in particular offered some of the most beautiful views we’ve ever seen. What made the experience even more special, though, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to go above and beyond. A special shoutout to Teja, who was and incredible human and taught my wife and me archery, which was a complimentary activity and such a fun, memorable experience. Our butler, Puput, was also fantastic and made everything seamless throughout our stay. I would highly recommend booking a club room. It gives you access to the lounge at any time, with amazing snacks, mocktails, smoothies, and coffee drinks throughout the day. They also offer an open bar and more substantial food in the evening, which was a great added benefit. And the food overall was incredible. Breakfast was a highlight, with both a buffet and made to order options. I found myself ordering the steak and eggs almost every morning, along with their smoothie bowls, which were excellent. Lastly, one of the best and most unique spas my wife and I have ever been to. Your massage room is in these beautiful caverns and the massages we had were truly the BEST we've ever had in our life's. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience and the perfect place to celebrate our honeymoon.

A nice experience overall. There were a few guys who really stood out, especially Juliana. His service was excellent, from remembering our names, to being polite, and keeping track of what we were drinking and whether we still had a drink open. He remains friendly, attentive and service-minded throughout. Juliana, compliments! A small tip for the other young guys: we understand it can be quiet behind the pool bar, but shouting to each other over the walkie-talkies, talking loudly among yourselves and laughing very loudly does not feel very relaxing for paying guests. A few guests even gave you annoyed looks, which you may not have noticed. (This, by the way, does not apply to Juliana.)
