Very relaxing beautiful trip

Beautiful resort and beach. Enjoyed the Palafitos and the quietness of the location. The Palafitos restaurant was top notch. Great service from Ceasar at the main pool swimup bar, Alberto (bellman) always had a smile and joke, Averto (Palafitos Bali bed attendant) was very friendly and attentive, Alfredo (Palafitos beach bartender) super nice and made great drinks. Last but not least our butlers, Mauricio and Daniel took care of our every need.

Awesome stay!!

We had an amazing time in the bungalows over the water. Beautiful view and great swimming right off our private deck. The “all inclusive” is terrific and the food is very good. Alberto greets you with a laugh and a smile and makes you feel welcome. Our three butlers Yasser, William and Fernando were terrific and very attentive. Our beach master Alvaro was the best. We had a tremendous five day stay and highly recommend this place.

everything about this vacation was beyond expectations . the resort was so beautiful . But it was the people and the staff that made it the most memorable vacation that we will ever have . we will be back and excited to be part of such a wonderful family . Everything was amazing - the butler service, the food, the views. Everything was so clean and the staff was fantastic. Especially Enrique, Pilar, and Alberto. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience! The service was impeccable, the food amazing and the bungalows were beautiful. I highly recommend Palafitos and will hopefully be back. Our butlers Alberto, Fernando and Yassar were absolutely the best!! They took care of anything and everything we needed. The bartenders and restaurant staff were so friendly and the drinks and food were top notch!!
