Lovely bungalow over the water! So fun to see the fish through the glass floor. All the staff couldn’t have been more amazing or friendly. Alberto, Liz and Fernanda especially took such good care of us and made our stay so wonderful. We would love to come back again and stay longer.

Another Great Stay at Palafitos

As usual, Palafitos did not disappoint.! The service, rooms and amenities were top notch. If you have never been here and love an all inclusive with great food and service, this is for you. You are assigned 2 butlers at the start of your stay, and they will connect with you via “what’s app”. They will ensure all your needs are met, and your dining choices are made for you. We were fortunate to have Mauricio and Enrique as our Butler pair. They were both fantastic. Also, Alberto was constantly around the resort making sure if you needed Transportation it was provided with a smile. It was amazing how he remembered everyone’s name on day one. The best food was at Palafitos restaurant. The main pool had a lot of activities , but it was not the place to be if you wanted peace and quiet . There were the other choices to provide that though. I definitely recommend the Loma hospitality travel to and from the airport the service was top-notch once again.

Romantic stay at the palafitos

Had a wonderful experience celebrating our wedding anniversary at the palafitos. The room was clean and comfortable with amazing views of the sea. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on our private deck. Room service was prompt and efficient. Our butlers, Enrique and Mauricio were kind and attentive. They handled every request both large and small. All the staff were warm and friendly and seemed genuinely happy. The trip was capped with a delicious candle light dinner on the beach. Love this resort and are already thinking about our next trip.

We had a fabulous time at Palifitos. The bungalow was amazing, with our own pool and step down to the ocean. The staff couldn't have been more friendly. Alberto was definitely our highlight everyday. He always has a friendly greeting and super helpful. Could have asked for anything more!
