Wonderful time, wonderful service, delicious food, very nice people, wonderful surroundings, highly recomended!!

Would not go anywhere else always a great experience great staff and so pleasant and friendly try this hotel and you will be hard to find another as good in the price bracket

Myself and daughter stayed here the 2nd week of the Easter holidays. We both really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is really clean, rooms are of a good size and had everything we needed. Only gripe would be walls are very thin, could hear people talking and running baths next door, also people above us dragging furniture around all the time..would also have liked a sea view but we didn't pay for one so fair enough. Our view was of the busy road. Luckily there was no road noise for us. Restaurant was so good. Lots of choice, really clean, staff were attentive, always making sure you had a drink and clearing plates away straight away. Breakfast was cooked bacon, sausage, eggs etc or pastries, toast, cereal, continental, fruit and yogurt freshly cooked omelette and toasted sandwiches, pancakes, waffles, so much choice!!!!! Lunch was always salad, meats, various potato's, meats and dinner the same, it really was good..dessert, again Lots of variety, lovely fresh fruit, ice cream, cakes, sweeties, it was all available! I think even the fussiest of esters would be happy here! We were AI and drinks were all good, service at the bar was really quick, although being April the hotel was not particularly busy. Pool area, fab, lovely and clean, no fighting over sunbeds, really chilled vive, felt really relaxed. Pool towels are provided so if your hand luggage only like us dont botjer bringing a big beach towel.Live singer/ saxophonist on at 12 every day rest of the time music playing. Entertainment rep offered quizzes, darts, bag painting, very friendly and welcoming. Evening entertainment we saw a live singer and a karaoke night. Hotel was mixed ages and nationalities. Everyone was friendly. Ideal position on the sea front. Walked to cafe del Mar to watch the sunset. Was about a 20 minute walk. Beautiful. Ocean beach wasn't open but was less than 10 minute walk away. We took the bus to Ibiza town for 8€ return each..was a lovely few hours around there. Took about 40 mins. Tip..get ticket at the bus station first as driver would not let you on without a ticket. We also got the bus to and from the airport 4€ each way but you could pay cash to the driver when you got on. Going when we did, lots of things weren't open yet but I can imagine in the summer months this hotel would be brilliant and ideal for all. The All inclusive option is well worth it. We never normally do AI due to a bad experience a few years ago but this hotel has restored my faith in it!! All in all I would definitely recommend.

We stayed at Palladium Palmyra (Adults Only) in San Antonio at the end of April for a long weekend celebration with 11 friends, and overall it was a really great experience. The hotel truly shines with its incredible, attentive staff – everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. In particular, the entertainment manager surprised our friend on her birthday with glasses of cava, a fun group photo, and a live “Happy Birthday” song, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. The reception team was also incredibly helpful: they arranged taxis and even minibuses for our outings, and were flexible in arranging an early check-in and a late checkout for our group. By day the hotel feels lively and relaxing at the same time. The pool area is spacious and clean, with plenty of sun loungers to go around, and fresh towels are provided daily without any need for towel cards or complicated exchanges. Every afternoon starting around noon there’s entertainment by the pool – a singer, a saxophonist, and a DJ – which gave our group the perfect soundtrack for sunbathing and chatting. In the evenings the fun continued with night-time entertainment like karaoke and a great tribute act. The mixed crowd of adults-only guests (a nice balance of older couples and groups of friends like us) created a relaxed yet festive atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better for exploring San Antonio – it’s just a short walk to the promenade, and we loved being near the Tapas Ibiza restaurant for a meal out. The food at Palladium Palmyra was truly amazing and offered something for everyone each day. The buffet featured an awesome fresh chilled meat counter – we got freshly made handmade burgers, chicken skewers, and even perfectly grilled squid. There was also a rotisserie kebab station, a huge salad bar with lots of fresh vegetables, cheeses, breads and cold cuts, so we could easily fill up on healthy options too. We always found something delicious to try, and the restaurant service was excellent: the waitstaff was friendly and attentive, and drinks (and even water for the table) were brought to us quickly without having to ask. A fun little bonus was the penny sweet station in the restaurant, where guests could help themselves to old-fashioned sweets – it was a small detail but everyone in our group enjoyed it! We were also really happy with the drinks selection and service. There was a good variety of included drinks – both a sparkling cava and a rosé cava, as well as classic cocktails like daiquiris, “Love on the Beach” and piña coladas. Because all the drinks were included in our package, we could try different things by the pool and at the bar without worrying. The bartenders were friendly and efficient, making sure we always had a fresh drink. Our rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities we needed: there were plenty of supplied toiletries, a kettle with tea, coffee and milk, and we even asked reception for an iron for one of the rooms, which they kindly provided. Every day we came back to a room stocked with fresh towels, and we had the option to request fresh bedding midway through the stay. These touches added to the sense that the staff really cared about our comfort. If I had to pick areas for improvement (and this is why we gave 4 stars instead of 5), they would be minor things mainly in the rooms. We noticed that air conditioning is turned off during the low season in April, so on warmer days the rooms could get quite hot by late afternoon. It didn’t ruin our stay at all, but some extra fans or the AC running in cooler mode would have been nice. Also, a few of the rooms seemed a bit tired – for example, the hairdryers were older models, the bathrooms had showers over the bath (which took a bit of maneuvering), and the TVs were older sets without many English channels or modern streaming options. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it felt a bit dated. Lastly, the beds are set up as two singles pushed together, and each side had only one pillow, so a couple of us wished there was an extra pillow or a bigger mattress. These small things kept us from giving a perfect score, but they certainly didn’t spoil our enjoyment. In summary, Palladium Palmyra offered us a fun, festive, and comfortable stay for our birthday weekend. The friendly staff, great entertainment, and delicious food and drinks made our trip feel special. We had a few minor room issues (like the switched-off A/C and some older room features), which is why we rated it 4 stars, but we would still happily return for another adults-only getaway.

Stayed in many hotels in San An, including Ses Savines, Arenal, NYX, Marina Playa and Puchet to name a few. We always thought Palmyra was going to be the best because of Palladium’s brand power. We arrived around 11am and to our delight the room was ready no waiting about, now we appreciate it was really early in the season. A lovely old guy took us up to our room and showed us what’s what, we stayed on the second floor with the view overlooking the unopened Arenal hotel. The pool was very nice, loads of beds and music pumped out through a big speaker next to the bar. The staff at the pool bar were a mixed bunch, some were really friendly some were a bit moody. We were all inclusive so you could get a menu with what was included and wasn’t included. The dining staff were a lot more friendly than the bar staff in our opinion. Breakfast was 7-10am lunch was 1-3pm for dinner and 7-10pm for dinner. All food was served in the same room. The food was reasonably good, plenty to offer as far as buffets go. We never went short for chices. Night time entertainment was usual singers, karaoke etc went on till about 11-midnight. Really good location, set on the Dr Fleming Road which is the busiest road in San An. About five mins to Ocean Beach, about ten mins to the west end and about half hour to the sunset strip walking. Now the gripe.. the only really issue we had was the paper thin walls. There is a internal door to shut off the noise from the corridor but we had a group of young girls maybe 18-20 staying next to us and they were coming in 2am in the morning then playing music and sitting and chatting and they may as well have been sat on the bed. Now we could have complained and phoned down to reception, but we were in Ibiza so we expect young people to have fun there on there holidays too. They weren’t being ridiculous in volume maybe drunk talk level but certainly not shouting and screaming but the walls were so thin it was a nightmare. Same as the ceiling, people dragging furniture around the noise was really bad first thing. The bathrooms were nice and clean but had cracks on the ceilings, shower when on went everywhere because of these small window partitions across the bath that didn’t contain the water so the floor was like a swimming bath. All minor gripes in reality but things to consider. Overall we would stay again but after staying at the nearby NYX last year, that’s had a refurb and is super cool and trendy so our expectations were maybe a little too high for what we paid for.
