A Home Away from Home – An Exceptional Stay at Palladium Hotel I recently spent three nights at Palladium Hotel, and it truly felt like a home away from home. What makes this place stand out is the personal touch and genuine care shown by the entire staff. Every detail is attended to with precision, and every staff member greets you with a warm smile, always ready to help with anything you need. A special mention must go to the General Manager, Thanos. His hands-on approach is remarkable — from personally welcoming guests upon arrival, helping with luggage, explaining the room features, to checking in daily to ensure everything is perfect. He is approachable, humble, and kind, and always wears a smile. His presence and leadership clearly set the tone for the outstanding service at the hotel. The facilities are spotless and extremely well-organized. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options — so much so that we never missed it even once! Another highlight of my stay was the spa experience. I had treatments over two days with Media, whose skill and care truly worked magic. Her expertise helped melt away all the fatigue, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Though I wish I could remember every staff member’s name, I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Eleni, Zoe, Marcia, and John, along with all the others who made our stay so special. After three perfect days at Palladium, I spent one night at another high-end hotel — and honestly, all I could think about was how much I wished I had stayed one more night at Palladium instead. If you’re considering where to stay in Mykonos, do yourself a favor and book Palladium Hotel. You’ll thank me later!

Just back from Mykonos with my husband & can honestly say this hotel was 10/10. From the moment with checked in our every need/want was taking care of. The staff are exceptional & not just 1/2 members of the staff but everyone we met. The receptionist spent time during check in to show us the map of Mykonos, ask us our plans & organised transfers, highlighted a beach bar which is known to be a scam so that we don't get ripped off & give us her own recommendations. We had the same transfer driver everyday, Johnnie. He was so nice & friendly and had great insights into the island. The breakfast was great & so much options. We even arrived rather late one morning & the women on the omelette station, stayed on a couple minutes to look after us which was really appreciated. We booked in the spa & had an amazing massage. We both ended up staying in that night & having an early night as we were so relaxed. The hotel manager Thanos was exceptionally. He brought us to our room after check in & made sure we were happy with everything & encouraged us to let him know if there is anything he or his team could do to make our stay better. The location is perfect - we were a maximum 5 minute walk to both beaches - platis gialos & psarou. The is a number of shops, restaurants & bars nearby and Mykonos town & the airport are roughly a 10 minute taxi drive away. The rooms were absolutely stunning!! & spotless clean, shower is amazing & we had an amazing view of the pool & the sea. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Perfect hotel with exceptional service!!

The Palladium Hotel in Mykonos is simply perfect! We stayed in the two bedroom suite and it couldn’t have been better, with a huge veranda and view above the pool. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful, the breakfast buffet is to die for, car transports very simple to use and accommodating. By the end of our stay, we were hugging much of the staff goodbye…they treat you like family.
