Official Description

Located on Khalid Bin Walid Street in Bur Dubai, this hotel lies within a short distance of the World Trade Centre, Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre and Dubai Museum. The central location of this hotel makes it the ideal base for both business and leisure tourists to the city. It is around 20 minutes to Dubai international airport. This modern, air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 76 rooms. Facilities include a safe, a currency exchange facility, a lift and it is possible to dine in to Goan cuisine in Casa de Goa, choose from an array of snacks in the hotel café, South Indian dishes in Thattukada or enjoy a drink. Colors-an Indian nightclub, Beach Aficana-African nightclub and Mixxx-Russian nightclub provides some evening entertainment. Moreover, there are room and laundry services to take advantage of. Each of the spacious, comfortable rooms comes with a hairdryer, an LED TV, Wi-Fi, a minibar and centrally controlled air conditioning. Daily full buffet breakfast is served in the windows cafe, located on the mezzanine floor. The buffet comprises hot and cold favourites from Indian cuisine. The hotel is located opposite the road leading to Al Shindagha Tunnel (left side of the main road).

The receptionist robbed me and took more than double the amount he charged online. 100 dirhams. He took 180 dirhams from me because I need my stay until the morning of March 18th at 2:15 am. The receptionist asked me to pay 100 by card and 80 dirhams in cash. I turned this over and he charged me 180 without i knowقام موظف الاستقبال بسرقتي واخذ اكثر من ضعف المبلغ المعروف علي الاترنت. 100 درهم اخذ مني درهم180 الانني بحاجه لي الاقامه حتي الصباح اليوم 18 مارس الساعه 2:15 صباحا وطلب مني موظف الاستقبال دفع 100 بجهاز الكارد و 80 درهم كاش ورفت هذا فقام بتحصيل مني 180 بدون علمي

Worst lady in reception

I would like to inform I have reserved the room On 30th I went to hotel at 11am I have requested for early check in they receptionist lady told that we don’t have rooms now if you want early check in I will give different guest room key inside the room there is a couple u can go and stay in same room where different couple is staying, Receptionist lady was so roud She don’t know how to talk to the guest !! Using bad words , I told them to call the manager they told that there is no manager in day time I request ask the lady staff to talk properly with the guest Bellboy was so polite But reception lady was so roud The place where she seating is not suitable for her Management plz take an action

Dirty room , un professional staff .

It was very bad experience. In side the room very dirty , and no fridge In the room, no slippers , no tooth brush . Leaking water In the wash room , door was hard to close , have cockroaches, smell in the room . Front desk staff un professional, better to change a staff . Overall Worst experience .

Very uneducated and nonsense staff. Don't gwt training how to talk with clients. Hotel management should higher professional staff not such stupid front desk guys. No one from management is there to talk with clients. Guys are sitting like drunk without any manners
