As far as short breaks go, this was the best. The food, the setting, the people- 10/10. Highlights included the lymphatic drainage massage and special karaoke at Club Bambi. Already planning my next trip!

Spent 10 days in this magical spot and honestly I have no words to articulate the experience. Palm Heights transcends every place I’ve ever stayed, and the list is long. There is just an enchanting feeling that captures you from the moment you set foot on the property. I’ll explain! The service is by far the star of the show. Every single interaction is about exceeding your expectations, even those you never thought you had. Upon arrival you are assigned a hostess and escorted to a dark and moody lounge filled with snacks, drinks, cold clothes to soothe you from the journey. Your hostess will familiarize you with all the amenities, make reservations for special activities and spa appointments and just make you feel like a VIP. Once your suite is ready they will find you and make sure you settled in and ready to start your vacation. The rooms are lovely. Pillow menu, plenty of plush towels and robes, fully stocked bar and snacks and always an afternoon treat left in your suite at turn down service. Housekeeping is unreal, with twice daily service. The kindest room attendant that made sure we had everything we needed…..and more. The service at the restaurants is just amazing. I have to especially recognize one of the management staff, Roberto. Wow, this guy became like family to us during our stay and went out of his way to make sure our time at the bar, restaurant and beach was exceptional. He definitely had a heart for service and I could see it with every interaction he had, not only with us but also with other employees and guests. Honestly each staff member from the towel service, bar and restaurant servers, spa attendants and massage therapists was the best I’ve ever experienced. The food is 10/10and everything we ate was fresh and amazing. One of the special things they do is have themed nights and you should definitely try to make sure and take advantage. Mambo night is a fun Italian themed dinner with a great vibe, fun music and karaoke to top out the night. Tillies has a burger, lobster and bubbles evening and also a fried chicken night. Everything is so fun and with a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast and coffee was the best start to the day. Try the smoked snapper toast, you won’t regret it. We never felt the need to leave property to find other restaurants but if we did the concierge was always helpful with advice and several times even shuttled us to our destinations. The island is so safe and has so many great food and bar options. I am still dreaming of the endless hours we enjoyed on the beach. The gorgeous poolside naps, the most relaxing massage, the insanely fresh food . I had the feeling that I had been transported into another life. We are already planning our return. This place is everything and more! I researched this place and had expectations. My husband went into it blindly, trusting my choice. This place exceeded every expectation! The staff were amazing, pleasant, and attentive. The property was stylish, beautiful, and well maintained. Everything was immaculate. The food was delicious. We did not have one bad meal. The garden club was excellent. I loved being able to take different fitness classes both free and not. The location is great... walking distance to restaurants and shopping center. 15 minutes away from airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Palm Heights! Would highly recommend!

Our family visited Palm Heights last week and it was one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed. I cannot say enough great things about the service. The staff is so attentive and everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. The restaurants on property were all great as well. The spa/work out facilities were a bonus on top of an already perfect resort. We will definitely be back! Thank you Palm Heights for a great stay.
