Trip to Palm Heights

We stopped by Palm Heights for a quick lunch while on our Caribbean cruise and it absolutely exceeded expectations. The beach club was stunning—calm vibes, gorgeous views, and a perfect escape before heading back. We’re both from Ghana, and it was such a pleasure meeting Roberto, the manager. His energy and hospitality made the experience even more memorable. Big thanks to the team at Palm Heights—definitely worth the visit!

Excellent Stay

Overall we had an excellent stay! The hotel is smaller and the staff really gets to know you which is nice. We ate at the sushi and main restaurants several times and the service and food was great each time. The spa was also excellent and we would 100% visit again. We had.a very minor incident with our luggage and the staff went above and beyond to correct the issue and I was very impressed by that.

Beautiful grounds, excellent customer service from every single worker, restaurant - Tillies - amazing and in a beautiful setting that extends onto the beach, quiet pool area, extremely clean, amazing spa with adults only pool and many amenities! Can't wait to return.

We just wrapped up a stay at Palm Heights with friends and am already plotting the return. This place hits every note — effortlessly cool, intimate without feeling small, and full of character in the best way. The spa is next-level. Every treatment felt thoughtful and luxurious — not just a checklist of services but an experience. The setting, the team, and the details were all spot-on. Food? Unreal. From laid-back poolside bites to dinner that felt like a proper occasion, everything was fresh, vibrant, and memorable. No filler, just flavor. Our room was beautiful: clean lines, pops of color, and that perfect balance of beachy and elevated. The kind of place you actually want to hang out in, not just crash after the day. But above all, the vibe. We had the best time thanks to a staff that felt more like friends and an atmosphere that made every moment golden. Can’t wait to be back.

Highly recommended place to stay. Top quality service by very friendly staff. Tilly's restaurant food is probably the best on the island.The suite was always clean. You get many gifts and pleasant surprises to enrich your stay. The hotel is suitable for both business and leisure stays. You MUST visit the spa complex.
