Palmanova Beach Apartments by TRH

I spent 5 days here with 2 friends in a 1 bedroom apartment. The Location is ideal, within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was immaculate, spacious and very well equipped including a clothes steamer! We loved the fact that all the rooms faced the pool making for a very comfortable place to relax. Overall the whole building was very clean and well presented. We’d have no best in recommending this hotel.

We have waited over 25 years for an overseas holiday. This was recommended by our niece. So many breaks we've had, with the lead up being more exciting than the break itself. Not this time, day after day. The excitement was still there. The apartment is ideal. We went for self catering studio with balcony. We used a local supermarket, 150 yards from hotel. Unbelievable choice and great prices. Rooms are cleaned daily if required, door cards indicate to cleaners you would like their services. If you wanted to stay around the pool. You can stay onsite. With food & drinks also available. These are reasonable prices and really great quality. All the staff are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nothing is ever to much. If you'd prefer a beach day. Three minutes & you're on the seafront. The resort is within a large horseshoe bay. There are three beach areas. All have their own facilities, bars, shops, restaurants etc. there are some lovely walks & great opportunity for people watching. If you'd prefer like a more lively experience these are also within a short walk from hotel. We honestly can't wait to return. Still bubbling and feeling excited about our stay.

Friendly staff, everyone from receptionist, bar staff, pool attendant and housekeeping greeted us with a smile. The hotel was always clean, rooms were cleaned daily beds made and towels changed. Pool is open from 9am to 8pm, we could see staff cleaning both morning and night. We stayed in a studio apartment which easily met our needs. If you are looking for a large hotel with lots of entertainment this is not for you, but if you want small and peaceful this is the one, just music playing through speakers around the pool. Bar serving food and drinks closes at 9pm. You are in good proximity to lots of other bars and eateries. The cocktail bar on the corner (banana Joe's) is open till 4am, but once we closed the balcony doors we were never disturbed by their music. There is a shower room to book (think they allocate half an hour per room with no charge) if you're flights are later in the afternoon and a room to leave suitcases. The only negative for us was my husband wasn't keen on their beer in the hotel bar.

Beautiful hotel, great location and spotlessly clean. Would 100% recommend to anyone and will definitely be returning.
