Palmea Hotel

Rubbish hotel, beds where so hard and you could feel the springs, mattress was filthy, they ran out of alcohol, and all they kept saying it was end of season, so they should have provided more as we payed for all inclusive but I ended up buying my own to put behind the bar and the next day was told there was none left as they had given it out to other people, food was ok and eatable but won’t be going there again, I wish I would have read the reviews on here before I went, we got charged 5 star money for 3 star hotel, never again

Visited this hotel May 2025 after reading the reviews I was dreading going. Hotel is clean and rooms were cleaned on a daily basis Selected times for all inclusive which I have never known Food was absolutely shocking there needs to be more selection and kept warm more. This did improve towards the end of our stay. Could improve by putting entertainment on at night there isn’t anything at night. Overall cheap and cheerfull

The food choices was poor and drink selection was poor as well hotel was more like a hostel not a hotel but you get what you pay for Rooms was ok not the best but average Value was ok for the price we paid Cleanliness seen cleaners around the hotel a lot always doing something Location was great close to a lot of amenities and beach was 6 min walk away Atmosphere was good was very noisy at night with people running up and down the corridor screaming and laughing but nothing to serious Service was the best thing about the hotel bar staff BENNY AND JIMMY was AMAZING really polite and always cracking jokes with the guests I have met life long friends they made the holiday a lot better Tattoo shop we didn’t go in there but looked really nice place to go and get one done the artist was amazing having a laugh with us almost every night Maintenance team were shocking took them three days to fix a leak in the male toilets that I had to point out was leaking all over the floor only good thing that they were cleaning the pool everyday seen them test the water in it as well Somethings they can improve - themed food nights - better drinks selection and more cocktails - comfier beds - entertainment day and evening would make it much better place to be -

Me my mum and sister have been coming to the palmea hotel for the past 3 years i admit it's not the best hotel to stay in but it's somewhere to stay we go out every night the staff are lovely but I can tell you that one off the staff members are amazing his name is benny he is the loveliest person you will ever meet he's one of the reasons why we keep going back to this hotel he will help you with anything and if you need anything he will sort it out for you like I said he's the most loveliest and helpful person ever

The manger and staff are more than welcoming and all lovely, the rooms are clean and tidy. The food is great for all the family. We have been here 3 times now and enjoy seeing all the people again. It's always lovely seeing the bar staff Jimmy and benny and the tattoos are great by Eddie and the chef is great to. The kids love it.
