Palmin Hotel

It’s our second time staying at the palmin hotel. We loved it the first so we came back, the rooms are lovely and clean and food is good. The entertainment is amazing and all the staff can’t do enough for you!! And a big shout out to breezy and Deniz they are amazing!! I will be back again.

We stayed at the Palmin for 10 nights from 27 July as a family of four, with our two daughters aged 15 and 16. Our rooms on the third floor were modern, spacious, and well maintained, and the customer service we received from the moment we arrived was excellent. The restaurant was busy, as you would expect during the peak season, but we all found the food to be very good. Our daughters can usually be quite fussy when it comes to food, but they always found plenty they enjoyed. As many previous reviews have mentioned, the animation team is outstanding. They are all incredibly friendly, but a special mention must go to Deniz and Breezy, whose energy and enthusiasm really bring the hotel's activities to life. The pool is an excellent size, and the pool bar is perfectly positioned. The drinks were good overall, although the wine was not particularly to our taste. A very minor complaint in what was otherwise a fantastic stay. The hotel has great facilities, and Ladies Beach, with its lovely promenade of bars and restaurants, is only a 10-minute walk away. Kusadasi itself is also walkable, although we usually chose to take a taxi, which cost around 300 TL and were readily available outside the hotel. The shops in Kusadasi are excellent. There is a huge variety and, in our opinion, the quality is higher than in many other Turkish resorts. We also enjoyed dining out on a couple of occasions. Casa Blanca served excellent traditional kebabs, while Hong Kong offered both Chinese and Indian cuisine. Both restaurants provided complimentary hotel pick-up, which was a nice touch. The staff at the Palmin are the hotel's greatest asset. The entire holiday felt relaxed and welcoming, and many guests clearly enjoyed interacting with the team. The bar staff work incredibly hard and always with a smile. Rüzgar was our star, always taking the time to chat and providing fantastic service. Ozman, Harun, and Elif were also exceptionally friendly and hardworking. In truth, all of the staff were excellent. A great team is usually a reflection of great leadership, and that is certainly the case here. The hotel manager is friendly, visible, and hardworking, and has clearly created a positive team spirit among the staff. We had a wonderful holiday and would happily recommend the Palmin to anyone considering a stay in Kusadasi – especially with young children Boss

The hotel staff was amazing all the entertainment team were amazing breezy was so friendly and always helping denis was makinf everyone laugh and gets in with everyone baris was also amazing funny always getting involved overall i loved my stay
