Very fair review from a professional

What I believe to be a very fair review and hope that it helps others. I work for a very popular UK tour operator so I hear customers rant and rave about this hotel and based on that have recommended it to so many customers over the years. I thought I would try it myself for my family. Rooms are what I would say the best part of the hotel. They are large, clean and the air con works great. The food in our opinion was very limited, not much selection and very representative. The breakfast for us wasn’t worth getting up for and the snack bar…. I saw reviews that it’s basically another buffet… however the selections were burgers/ chips/ bread and some little dessert. Pool areas, the fact that you need to queue for a bed is crazy but happens in so many places. The main family pool has a good day time atmosphere with entertainment (Sundays are good pool days for the little ones) The pool accords the road does not open until 10am and you have to queue up the stairs to get a bed. All pools are saltwater which was a let down for us but the little one loves the pools on holidays regardless. Please note there are rules for all pools and they are strict. No balls in the pool and only small inflatable rings, we took our own ring as we went to Turkey the week before and was told we couldn’t use it. You will see that everyone has the same rings that you need to buy there so they meet the size requirement. Don’t take your own inflatables a lot of people were disappointed by this speaking to others around the pool. Kids club, I saw really lovely reviews on here but didn’t think much of it as the little one has never been to kids club before and didn’t think she would go but she had made a couple of friends and wanted to go in. The first time she went in the girl working (sofia) didn’t even acknowledge her, didn’t say hello didn’t even look in her direction, instead told me that she couldn’t come in as they have ran out of forms. Eventually someone bought some over and she was let in…. For 5 minutes as they then closed. She went another time for an hour and she said she had a good time which I was glad as I didn’t really want her going in after that experience. Think that day it was (Daniela). Entertainment wasn’t for us and we all found it pretty boring. Please be sure to have a debit/ credit card with you as a deposit if not you will be asked to pay 200EUR instead. We were not aware of this as it’s not advertised, even as someone who sells this holiday I was not aware. I have never reviewed a hotel before but based on such the amazing reviews we felt very let down by this hotel/ holiday so I thought I’d share our experience to see if it helps you 😊

My 20th year anniversary

Second visit to this hotel and was our 20th anniversary the management and all the staff were amazing from room decorations to my surprise spa for my wife Melanie was brilliant making sure we had everything and in the spa margarita and her staff were amazing so welcoming and not at all felt we had to rush. The food was a great variety and we had a suite which had everything we needed and more. I would definitely recommend coming here and would like to thank All the staff from the restaurant to the the bars and especially the hard working room cleaners we will definitely be coming back again 😀

Great hotel. Need better children's bed

The junior suite room pull out bed is not suitable for anyone taller than 150cm. Also the mattress needs to be thicker as I could feel the boards from under the bed. I think this problem could be easily solved by replacing this bed with another single bed identical to the other 3 beds in our room.

First time at this hotel and it did not disappoint. Family of four in a 2 bed annex room was perfect, clean good beds. A choice of soft and hard pillows. Big bathroom shower a little weak but does the job. Staff very nice, food was ok but im a fussy eater to me they could be more choice, but my family loved it. Entertainment good caesar is great gave us a leaving gift. Sunbeds they is plenty but you have to be on the ball go to the back pool which opens at 10, main pool no chance unless your in the que at 8am. Down side your on a hill but they put a free bus on to and back from the beach. Noise in the morning dont expect to stay in bed long. If your a young family find fhe attic bar perfect for young children and even older ones with the arcade. Loved this holiday we will be back. Thank you paradise park Ps go for a spa circuit i also had mini facial well worth it. .

Amazing hotel even after the shaky start. We booked this hotel as part of a package holiday through on the beach and stayed there 12/07/25 until 20/07/25. The holiday got of to bad start, flight was delayed then the shuttle from the airport was really delayed (not fault of the hotel) so when we arrived we were tired and just wanted to go to bed but there were some slight issues with the room and due to it being so late there was little they could do, which left us, a family of 4, feeling unsatisfied. However, when we got up in the morning the staff were amazing. We went to reception, where they were already aware of our issues. Once we were back from breakfast he came to our room with us to go through all the issues, then later we were also asked if we could go to meet with their Amigo team as they wanted to know whether their resolution was good enough, to apologise and to check if there was anything else they could do to rectify the negative start. I will say they definitely did rectify it. All the staff at this hotel are pleasant, polite, approachable and extremely helpful. That's the reception, amigos, bar staff, restaurant staff and cleaners. Every morning when we walked past they were attentive and checking in that everything was ok. The main restaurant for breakfast has plenty to choose from across a wide variety. Lunch and dinner again have huge variety with different food every night but never forgetting the burger and chips for less adventurous people. The snack bars have enough choice to do a full lunch, they have burgers, hotdogs, chips, cakes and ofcourse ice cream. The best part about the all inclusive is the drinks. All the drinks to my knowledge were branded spirits. The beer was Dorado and the cider is koppenberg these aswel as wines are on tap and they don't give you small little cups like some hotels they give you proper beer glasses. There is a good selection of cocktails to choose from which are made up fresh and free poured (and they aren't shy) by bar staff because of this there is a slight queue but all beer, cider and wine drinkers you do not have to queue due to self serve and decent glass sizes. Also there are several places to sit with at least three bars, the entertainment is a really high level. We mainly went to family entertainment and really enjoyed each night, even the night I got made to go on stage and do some bum shaking salsa. In the morning you do get the sunbed wars, they start queuing about half 8 and run to throw towels on as many beds as they can as soon as the barriers open. Those beds are generally gone with in 2 minutes but I do not understand this. These are the beds next to the small main pool, the hotel have a leisure area at the back that has a bigger kind of lazy river shape pool. There is also a spa pool with massaging fountains and whirpools and this area still has a bar with all inclusive and just as much selection as the other. This, anytime of the day for our stay always had free sunbeds for all four of us. They do also have an adult only section which we didn't use because of the children but it always appeared to be very quite. The hotel is located in Los chrisianos it seems to be close to many places . The hotel provides a bus that runs every half hour from about 10 until 6, with a small break over lunch that takes you to the beach. We got a taxi to las America's I would choose Los chrisianos over there anyday. Los chrisianos feels a lot more authentic not over done got a nice beach, loads of amenities, restaurants and bars with a really good market on Tuesdays and Sundays (might need to check the days) there is also a big shop next door to the hotel. With all the above taken into account I do not understand why this hotel isn't 5 star. We've stayed at a couple 5 stars in Canary Islands but this one hands down is the best hotel by a long shot. All drinks are branded, there's little queuing, ample sunbeds, good food, good location, incredible staff, enjoyable entertainment and no drawbacks. Again I would like to send our personal thanks to all staff that made our stay so enjoyable and hope the higher management are aware they've got such good team. There is so many more good points about this hotel that but would be here all day to say how good it is, we have a rule never go back to same place but we are so impressed we are looking to go back here again next year.
