We do not normally write reviews however this hotel deserves one in our oppinion the best we have stayed at. The hotel was spotless in all areas the staff freindly in all areas. Breakfast was super,lunch very good our only gripe the evening meal could be luke warm most of the time. Make sure you take the oritation tour as there is a large pool area across a dividing public walkway.

The hotel did not match its rating and although we had a nice time we would not go again. Food and drinks will dissapoint if you are looking for more of an experience. Generally poor quality food. Restuarant staff only clear plates with very little interaction so it feels like a canteen.

Absolutely amazing stay from start to finish! The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the food was consistently delicious with plenty of variety. A special mention has to go to Coral, our room cleaner, who was incredibly friendly and did a fantastic job every day. The entertainment was a real highlight of the trip—Adrian, the entertainer, was outstanding. He was hilarious, full of energy, and made every evening feel unique and exciting. The pre-shows were great fun too, especially when he made balloon animals, which really added to the lively and welcoming atmosphere. The pools were excellent—clean, well-kept, and nicely heated. The infinity pool was a standout feature, with relaxing water jets and even a built-in water massage area, which made it extra special. Overall, everything about this place exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. I only wish I could come back again soon!

We arrived and was kindly greeted by Alessandro and he was great all holiday. We was told we was on floor 1 and had a view of the road so we asked for a room change and without us even having too prompt it the next morning they had arranged for us to be put on the 5th floor with a nice view. There’s is good entertainment for kids and adults, there are 2 pools in the hotel one being a rooftop pool with jacuzzis that were very impressive however adults only. There was also 2 more pools next door that every one from the hotel has access too. All holiday anything you asked of any of the staff was done quickly with a smile and everyone was there was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. The cleaners were also very good and helpful and the whole experience was really good. Only downside i could think of is if you want to party etc and go down to las Américas at night as the hotel is quite a bit away however does offer a free bus there all through the day. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would definitely return
