I have found the WORST hotel in Bali.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel be warned! Communication failure due to extreme negligence this hotel does not abide by basic legal requirements. NO on duty manager as required by Indonesian law. Dirty stained toilets, malfunctioning showers dirty and stained linen the pillows are really bad quality flat and hard, Confirmed my reservation 3 times prior to arrival and they still got it wrong even after confirming the day before as well. They have no idea of what they are doing. The staff can’t help you, they just politely smile and say sorry but can’t do anything because they can’t reach the manager. And when they do, the manager tells them he will handle it tomorrow. I have stayed in over 30 hotels in Bali this one is beyond a joke. I really feel sorry for the staff.

Awful dirty hotel

We arrived late and no refreshments available. We're told if we walk up the street somewhere be open. Late at night didn't have a clue where we are. Deluxe double room with balcony. 2 dirty beds pushed together. Balcony couldn't be used as no furniture and it overlooked a massive building site. Bedding and mattress so dirty we bought towels to sleep on. Bathroom was mouldy and filthy. Pool time. A big sign says collect towels from pool bar. There is no pool bar. There is no bar in the hotel. At night reception sells bottled beer which your suppost to drink at reception as you are told strictly no alcohol allowed in room. Also all around the pool is shaded. 8 wicker beds with no cushions. Zero sun. Green mouldy decking. Overgrown trees. Breakfast every day egg soup. Noodles chicken wings. Egg or pastries. Dried up fruit. Not at all as advertised on There Web site. Don't be fooled by the lovely video showing this hotel . It's all fake. Waited a year for this birthday treat fir my wife and ended up in this dump. Have put in a formal complaint to travel company.

Had a wonderful time staff were great we were fortunate to meet staff member Randu who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Highly recommended breakfast is amazing, close to restaurants and shops.swimming pool is great, rooms very clean.

I had a wonderful trip with great suggestions and friendly services provided by both Rhandu and Ariel who both provided exemplary services and great customer services that enriched my experience at the hotel. They’ve helped me resolve issues related to the hotel and gave me insights into the cultural do’s and dont’s of Bali.

Staff very friendly and helpful, the room with Balcony was very nice with City view. The breakfast was nice enough. The location near by with beach only 5 minute by motor bike and alfamart cross by the hotel.space parking enough. Free entrance to Atlas Beach Club. Thank you Paragon
