Poor facilities

Very poor facilities. Arrogant staff. Manager was misbehaving with us. Facilities was not available at time. As compared to facilities provided, the price was expensive and the staff was also misbehaving. Only 1/2 liters of water was given once even though we stayed for 7 days

It’s more nice if you have car with you because it’s quite far from public transport. But over all I appreciate Mr. Duwal the receptionist for being so helpful and accommodating the room is so big over all I like the hotel but I don’t like the washroom only.

Close to the metro station, clean and spacious

I spent there 6 nights. I got a very spacious 2-bed apartment which was cleaned every day. The building is about 10-max.15min. walk from the metro station: The Gardens. There are many shops around the building plus tons of takeaways with delicious Indian food. I need to say to the staff is top class. They are very helpful and friendly. To go to the hotel, I took an Uber from Dubai International Airport which cost me approx. 180 AED. On my way back I walked to the metro station and took a metro which cost me 7.5 AED. From the Gardens metro station to Terminal 3, it takes 1 hour by metro. It is a place where there are not many Europeans but it is safe and do not be scared. They offer great value for money.

Had to appreciate [ Mr Hasitha] for his generosity and hospitality

stayed with family on monthly basis. The hospitality and the services were amazing. The location of the hotel was home to many Indian Restaurants and Super markets. The best thing about the staff was the way they treated us (Guests). The response from them was very prompt in attending to any sort of maintenance works. Had to appreciate( Mr Hasitha) for his generosity and hospitality towards the guests.

1 for not providing the water bottle while check in and so slow for checking and room service also not good 😌 wifi always not working bed 🛌 are stain even room Service is not proper we have order food from outside or talabat or careem houskeeping also not good
