The property is fine, rooms are good, shuttle service is fine, but the people on the front desk and the check in and check out is awful.. Firstly, the reception looks like some tour operator desk.. At the time of check-in, even after showing the booking vouchers and booking id, the female there kept telling she couldn't confirm. After bothering us for a good 10 minutes, she said it was confirmed and did the check in.. You would not expect any hotel to keep a passport or cash as deposit but here they do which is quite weird to say the least. At the time of check-out, once you are at the reception they ask the housekeeping to check the room.. ideally this should be done in the presence of the guest but they do it once the guests are at the reception which is so far away from the rooms.. and then they start telling you things are missing.. and they lie.. we left the room with 5 bottles of water in the fridge but they told us there were only 3.. because we had no proof we could not say much.. then they came up with a missing coffee spoon.. who knows if their housekeeping does it on purpose but they charge the guests.. and I saw them do it with almost every guest.. something is missing is what they tell every guest.. and hence I think they run a Scam of their own.. Avoid this place if possible.. Haven't had such a bad experience ever before..
