Been to this property 3 times and every time was better than the one before.. Great hospitality and super friendly staff.. Awesome experience and overlooking patong beach and very convenient for couples and families.. Rooms are well maintained and unlimited infinity pools and superb main pool.. Definitely will visit back

False advertising

False advertising. I paid extra to have a “jacuzzi”. It looked nothing like the photos advertised within their website and Expedia and was filled with dirty cold water as well as the tile itself being quite dirty. I attempted to fill up the “jacuzzi”, expecting it to be quite warm but it was cold which defeated the whole purpose of a jacuzzi - making it just a normal tub. I attempted to make contact to request a refund but the hotel did not reply, when escalating through Expedia, the hotel refused to provide any type of refund. Additionally, the hotels showers continue to start and stop constantly when showering which is very uncomfortable and sometimes when given new sheets, there were stains on them. The hotel looks very nice from afar but isn’t the best unfortunately. However, the maids are super friendly and sweet people.

Patong Bay Hill “ Don’t Bother”

This hotel is nothing how it’s described. We booked through Love Hoildays. Their advertisement describes the hotel as a luxury 5 Star accommodation. Not a chance it was run down and dated. The location is up a very steep hill no good for those with problems walking. There was tiles missing from the pools, the so called hill pods where empty and not fit for purpose. The poolside was dirty and sun loungers were tatty and old. The staff was very pleasant however the whole experience ruined our holiday

The worst hotel in Phuket—if not the world! PATONG BAY HILL – “5-star hotel” Honestly, I wouldn’t even call this place a hotel—more like a hostel. There’s serious mold everywhere, a horrible smell you can barely breathe through, old furniture, peeling walls, and tons of insects like fleas, cockroaches, and mosquitoes. The pool is in bad shape too. The service is just as bad—zero hospitality, no accountability, and very rude staff. They offered us another room next door that was exactly the same, or a “room upgrade” for an extra charge in an area under renovation from 10:00–17:00—which was basically the same room, just one floor higher. They refused to refund us even partially and told Agoda they had offered us free solutions, which simply wasn’t true. This was a terrible experience, and people should know before booking.
