Good Hotel to stay around hustle and bustle of Patong beach. Bangla Road on a walking distance. Rooms are satisfactory. Breakfast was great. Was at this hotel on 23Feb25 for 2 nights.

Friendly Service and Great Location

The Patong Heritage Hotel has been a great stay so far. The staff across reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which really does make a difference. The room works exactly as it should (not all hotels in Patong are like this) with hot showers, good facilities, and whilst the decor could use a little updating, it hasn’t taken anything away from the experience. With two pools offering places to relax and a great location just a short walk from Patong’s major attractions, the hotel has been great.

Patong héritage: Disappointing Experience

My experience at Patong Heritage Hotel was quite underwhelming. Upon entering my room, I was shocked to discover a used condom under the bed, which clearly indicated that the room had not been cleaned properly. There was also a persistent stale odor, making the atmosphere very unpleasant. The room itself was old-fashioned, dusty, and lacked any natural light, which made it feel even more uninviting. The pictures online are very misleading and do not reflect the current state of the hotel at all. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent, and the breakfast was decent with a fair selection. However, these aspects do not make up for the poor cleanliness and outdated facilities. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.
