Perfect Relaxation Spot in Phuket

I stayed at Patong Lodge Hotel, Phuket from 24th to 28th April and had a wonderful experience. It’s a calm and cool place, perfect for relaxing, even though it's slightly away from Patong Beach. A special mention to the receptionist, TikTok, for her excellent service and accommodating attitude. Strongly recommend staying here for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

Fantastic Holiday Home

It is a great hotel and has very friendly staff. The food is fantastic and the breakfast in the morning are great. I want to say thank you to the Morning Breakfast Staff (Pang, Jaed, Nam, Ta and Beuz) for being very friendly. Always smiling and making our mornings great. They truly make Patong Lodge Hotel feel like home. We are so happy to have stayed at Patong lodge hotel of almost a month when we come back we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.

Cold Environment

You want a honest review I’ll give you just that. The very first impression as you drive in and walk toward Reception is “what have we done” Guest out the front smoking cigarettes and weed and drinking alcohol! Very off putting, Reception check in was not overly friendly and even less friendly when I challenged them with proof that was room type was incorrect. The food service team were the polar opposite they were fantastic. From breakfast, pool bar, dinner especially the special dinner evenings Wok Fried and Bbq were exceptional. The house cleaning was 1 area that I was very angry at when she reported my air conditioner was leaking and turned it off! I was gone less than 1 hr it had never once leaked in 9 days and it was a blatant lie and she was very rude. Unfortunately the stay was not what I’d call pleasant due to the overwhelming amount of Ruskies that stay who are completely dismissive of all other people and treat the Thai ppl very poorly. Reception 7/10 Food services 10/10 Shuttle service 10/10 especially “Best” Would we stay here again No!
