I highly recommend this hotel for it's cozy room, serene atmosphere and customer service. The staff at this hotel were incredible welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I'd like to thank everyone for kind, support and care. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and love the convenient location to the beach and shops. Also, I was pleasantly impressed by the restaurant's selection. The food was absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The hotel provided outstanding spa service, a range of massages, sauna and gym. There excursion stand located in the lobby hotel there ladies can help you to find the best attractions, outdoors activities and fantastic shows. Its very convenient to have it in the hotel. The pool area was a great spot to relax after long day exploring with a bar in center of it, also was spotless. Overall, this hotel fell like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort, safe and peaceful environment. It was an unforgettable hotel experience. I definitely will be back next year. PS: Thank you Mr. Khan ( owner the hotel) it was a pleasure to met you and I am really appreciate that you had done for me.

My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights during Songkran. The staff here are very nice. Everyone greets and smiles all the time. I am impressed. I will definitely come back here again. The facilities are also ready to serve. Most importantly, the room is big and beautiful. You can see the swimming pool. The hotel is near Patong Beach, only 100 meters away.

I went on Songran festival with my friend 3 day 2 night. I would say stay here feel comfortable like home a nice room and a good service. I got a swimming pool view is so beautiful. The Patong beach is in front of the resort there are convenient store is near here. I do love here and I will come back again for sure.

Rude staff even before our trip has started!

Hi! I have unfortunately already booked this hotel.The reason I say this is because I called up the hotel since I had a query.The receptionist picked up -i couldn't hear properly so I said hello hello,twice.She told me what hello hello -you talk to me ok? If this is the attitude of the receptionist I don't know how the service will even be! (I have had to give the wrong details of travel etc because otherwise this review wouldn't have been uploaded)
