OK and cheap place to stay.

Rooms were surprisingly enormous, tiled and clean. There was an area by the window with a mattress supposed to be for in room massage but for whatever your use 😜 The bed (2 mattresses pushed together) was massive and I frequently became lost during the night. Breakfast had plenty of variety though the supposedly hot food was mostly cold. Overall we did enjoy our stay of 5 nights and would stay again. I guess it is cost effective for a reason (see below). Cons The hardness of the beds is a common theme of these reviews (over several years) in this resort. It is clear the hotel management have elected to do nothing about this. Breakfast - a system of ordering eggs through the waiter would ease congestion within the general serving area would be an improvement. Front desk screens - Covid happened in 2020 and the impersonal barrier screens still remain - ridiculous. Traffic - was a bit like Russian roulette crossing the road even on the pedestrian crossing. Resort - looks tired, well worn and flogged out. Contacts in the electrical outlets are well worn and need replacement. A significant fire is a distinct possibility. Spa - don’t bother looking for it…..it doesn’t exist! You don’t have to look far to see split timber and concrete spalling throughout the resort. Security - the guards have no situational awareness as they are constantly busy on their phones. They have no idea of who comes and goes from the hotel. Pool Bar - this is the jewel in the crown but is left to stagnate for the most part. This could be a goldmine if there were fun activities, tv screens, coloured lights and a daily happy hour. The bar staff looked as sad as some of the girls in the downtown meat markets. General - the hotel was built in 2006 (believe it or not) and management have elected to have an asset, no more, no less and appear to be very reluctant to spruce up the rooms or common areas because that would incur expenditure. The management responses to these reviews are not genuine. If they were, vast improvements would have already occurred and addressed the negatives.

We spent 9 nights and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, they would do anything to make your stay pleasant. We love the 6.30 am restaurant staff they are so nice and the chef made the perfect omelette for my husband. Pool was amazing and so nice to jump into after a day out! They need to add espresso martini to there cocktails list tho!! 😆😆

This was a family holiday so we chose 3 different hotels in order to cover most of the popular beaches.first one being Patong paragon two good things about the resort..first close proximity to the Patong beach and second very spacious room.its a good option if you are looking for an average budget hotel.staff is not very affable,we booked 3 rooms but all three rooms were given on 3 different floors,which was quite inconvenient.on repeated requests also the situation remained the same.so I suggest book the rooms together if travelling with a group.

I highly recommend this hotel for it's cozy room, serene atmosphere and customer service. The staff at this hotel were incredible welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I'd like to thank everyone for kind, support and care. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and love the convenient location to the beach and shops. Also, I was pleasantly impressed by the restaurant's selection. The food was absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The hotel provided outstanding spa service, a range of massages, sauna and gym. There excursion stand located in the lobby hotel there ladies can help you to find the best attractions, outdoors activities and fantastic shows. Its very convenient to have it in the hotel. The pool area was a great spot to relax after long day exploring with a bar in center of it, also was spotless. Overall, this hotel fell like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort, safe and peaceful environment. It was an unforgettable hotel experience. I definitely will be back next year.
