Peach Blossom Resort

This was my first trip to Phuket, and my stay at this resort was overall very comfortable. Altough this is a family oriented resort but being on solo trip I could still manage. The resort is located slightly uphill, which was absolutely fine for me and even helped burn a few calories after your meals :). Although, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle/cab service for uphill travel, which is a great convenience, especially after a long day out. The reception team truly stood out. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and professional. I interacted mostly with Mr. RK and Ms. Pang, both of whom were extremely helpful and all others as well, always smiling, and pleasant to talk to. They were proactive and supportive throughout my stay, making the experience smooth and comfortable. The room was well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all necessary amenities. Overall comfort was very good. However, there was a minor issue with insects crawling on the shelves. While the hotel staff made sincere efforts to resolve it, the issue couldn’t be fully eliminated. Apart from this, everything else in the room met expectations. Better buy your mosquito repellent as this is the issue almost everywhere. The Beach bag is provided with 2 towels, so you can decide whether to carry yours or not. Late check out is chargeable. The in-house restaurant is a highlight of the property. It features a beautiful open, poolside ambiance, making it a wonderful place to dine. The food selection was extensive, covering Thai cuisine, seafood, and Indian options, which was a pleasant surprise. A special mention to Mr. Tejas, who helped me with food selections and delivered outstanding service. He managed the restaurant operations efficiently while ensuring guests were well taken care of. The entire restaurant team was attentive and courteous. Overall it was good experience, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and great dining experience. tips for other travellers Good hotel for family being on uphill side, view was better.
