Pefkos Village Resort

This hotel is located in a quiet area of pefkos and maybe a little too out of the way for some people. We found the walk into pefkos pleasant enough and wasn't a problem but during the day it can be a little too much with the heat. The hotel itself is lovely, more than enough sunbeds if you choose to stay by the pool. Breakfast was enough for what you need, fresh bread, jams, 3 choices of egg, beans bacon but not real bacon and little hot dog sausages, yoghurt ect. I didn't see anyone doing omelette to order as stated in earlier reviews, so not sure about that but plain omelette was in the warmers. Staff were all pleasant and happy to help. Our room was modern with plenty of storage space, a little gripe is that when you leave the room obviously with the key card the electricity turns off which is totally right and understandable but the fridge turns off aswell so our drinks were never cold, ive never known that to happen anywhere else. Everything around the hotel was clean and tidy, our room was serviced most days but bare minimum, bed made towels changed when needed, but nothing wiped, so sink was grubby for 10 days, obviously we weren't self catering so brought no cloths ect and our cups glasses were not replaced once or the tray wiped so it was sticky with cloudy glasses/cups, which wasn't a problem but just a bit disappointed because we had read such good reviews about the attentive cleaning staff, I could have requested this but im not one to get anyone into trouble and it's minor at the end of the day. We ordered from the restaurant twice once when we arrived and once for lunch and both times it was good. All in all we had a lovely stay and if you don't mind being a little out of the way it's a lovely peaceful place .

Couldn't fault the place. 5 pools to choose from. Buffet breakfast was delicious. So much choice. King size bed. Staff and even the house keeping where so friendly. Would definitely return.

This was our second visit to Pefkos Village Resort and we weren't disappointed. On arrival we were greeted by Andela, the wonderful receptionist. She provided us with lots of information and helped us take our luggage to our apartment. Every member of staff, from the owner, Vasilis, to the lovely housekeeper, was friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. All areas were spotlessly clean and well cared for. We stayed for 14 nights B&B, also using the pool bar and restaurant. All food was freshly prepared, plentiful and very tasty. The daytime team, Costa & George, were brilliant, even remembering my allergy to onions without being reminded. The evening team, Marie & Marianna were great fun & created a lovely friendly atmosphere. The walk to the main strip can be a little tiring, especially in the heat, but it's worth it for the peace and quiet of this lovely hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've booked another week in October. Highly recommended

My wife and I have just returned from a very pleasant stay at this resort. There were more than enough sun loungers available around the beautifully maintained pool and garden area. Our apartment was spacious, clean, and featured excellent air conditioning along with comfortable beds. As is common in hot climates, ants were present, but our cleaner—who was an absolute ray of sunshine—went out of her way to keep their numbers down throughout our stay. Aside from the ants, the room was spotless. We stayed on a half-board basis and greatly appreciated the option to swap dinner for lunch. The resort is located about a 15-minute walk from the main part of Pefkos and a €15 taxi ride from Lindos, making for quiet, peaceful nights. The resort’s greatest asset is undoubtedly the hospitality of its staff. The waiter and bartender who served us during the day consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our liking. These two charming young men had a real talent for checking in on us regularly without ever intruding on a conversation or private moment. The cocktails were of a much higher standard than I expected, and the bartender clearly took pride in crafting our drinks exactly to our taste. (I can’t comment on the evening staff as we usually chose to dine out.) The reception team was also extremely helpful—gladly arranging restaurant reservations, taxis, car hire, and even flowers for my wife. We would definitely return to Pefkos Village Resort and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to our friends.

I recently stayed for 4 nights with my partner and 15 month old. We had a great stay and had everything we needed. I had been in contact beforehand to arrange a cot in room, no issue at all. We also used their recommendation for taxi company for airport transfers which was again great and competitively priced, with car seat available. The room had everything needed and was very clean. The pool area was again well maintained and quiet to use. Due to illness within our family we ended up eating at hotel more than we planned but the food was very good and a good price. The staff were also very accommodating in allowing us to take food and drink to our room, much appreciated in the circumstances. The staff at reception were also very helpful in booking taxis for us to attend a wedding. We tried to venture on a walk with buggy one late afternoon but it was too hot and hilly for this so would be the only downfall with the location, taxi would be needed for younger guests or those with physical challenges walking. Would happily stay again if we returned to the area.
