This attractive luxury beach hotel is located along the coast, on a sweeping bay between Alanya and Side which is approximately 28km away. It is about 10 minutes with public transport to the nearest small town and a bus stop is located about 200m from the hotel. A small range of shops, restaurants, and bars can be found within 500m of the hotel, while the river located 300m away is an inviting place to take a stroll and enjoy the beautiful river landscape. Antalya airport lies some 90 km from the hotel. Established in 2004, the beach hotel comprises a total of 535 rooms, of which 23 are junior suites, set over seven floors. Guests are received in the welcoming and air-conditioned foyer with 24-hour reception and lift. There is a hairdressing salon and some shops, boutiques, and a kiosk where guests may purchase small items. Culinary options include a pleasant café, a cosy bar, and a restaurant. Guests arriving on business may make use of the conference rooms for meetings, while cosy sitting areas are ideally suited to more informal situations. There is also a nightclub and a games room open all evening. Younger guests can let off steam in the kid's club (charges apply). Overpriced and disappointing — room issues, poor service, repetitive food

When we arrived, we were given a double room even though there were four of us. Only by the evening did they finally bring two extra beds, and once they set them up there was barely any space left to walk. The room was cleaned only on the sixth day — and that happened only after we had sent countless messages to the agency. The surroundings are quite nice, but everything is very messy and poorly maintained. The food is bad, the choice is limited, and it’s almost the same every day, so after four days you don’t even know what to eat anymore. We paid over €700 per person, and it’s definitely not worth that kind of money. At most, it’s worth around €400 per person. There’s nothing around — only markets/bazaars or empty fields. And more than 80% of the tourists are Russian.

This hotel needs to be shut down and issues addressed immediately. First impressions of the hotel were dire, receiving extremely poor customer service on check in leaving family members in tears. This set the tone for the rest of the holiday. The rooms are extremely dated and filthy, with ant infestations, bugs, dirt, musty damp smell, mattress ripped up and no mattress protector, the list goes on. Generally the hotel has zero hygiene or cleanliness standards. We never saw any cleaning taking place in the hotel. The food was inedible and we were reluctant to eat anything due to the lack of cleanliness. All family members became ill, throwing up for majority of the time (we believe this to be the drinks). We were kept awake most nights due to children running up and down the corridors screaming and banging on your doors. All in all thoroughly terrible experience, and we couldn’t wait to leave. Disappointing as this was a big family get together and paid a lot of money between us all.
