A 5 star resort that deserves a 10 star rating!

If I could give this resort 10⭐ I would. It was perfect in every aspect from the food to the accommodation to the position in Seminyak. Everywhere was so close but you wouldn't know once you were inside the walls of the resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with our own private pool and it was extremely comfortable. The only downside was that the communal sitting area of the villa, although undercover was not able to be closed off so was open to heat, humidity and mosquitos. Perhaps a ceiling fan in this area would help alleviate some of those issues. Everything about the resort was amazing but the stand out for us was the staff from the assistant manager Krishna right down to the bell boys and wait staff. They knew our names, always greeted us with a smile, had time to stop for a chat and nothing was too much trouble. They all deserve unlimited stars!

2nd time staying here and can’t fault it! It’s our fav resort in Bali. Amazing facilities, food, spacious villas, staff who go out of their way, fun kids club. Can not wait to come back. Thank you to all the staff at Peppers for making our stay amazing.

Serene private villa

From the moment we entered our villa we immediately felt relaxed! We wanted to jump right into that gorgeous pool. Bedrooms were large and functional and ensuite bathrooms had an open garden wow factor including deep bath and outdoor shower. It was everything we expected and more. Shuttles to and from the villa were promptly supplied. The breakfast buffet was excellent, Day spa sublime and the in villa BBQ night with our own chef and staff was magic. Overall the resort is a well located and appointed property, with everything you need. But, it’s the people that make Peppers special. They managed to effortlessly elevate your day with their smiles and genuine service. I wish I could remember all their names but thank you to Kris, Wan, and the lovely team at reception. Will rush back soon!

Excellent stay!

Wonderful stay! We enjoyed the excellent inclusions (breakfast, spa treatments and daily cocktails) and we loved the private pool villas. The staff were very friendly and spa was sublime. Our group had a number of different rooms including the one bedroom and three bedroom villas, all were perfect for our needs, the central kitchen pool and dining rooms made group travel very comfortable.

The Peppers staff really made our stay so enjoyable. Everyday we'd be met by the joyous smiles and nothing was ever too much for them. The lovely Kris who attended us at breakfast even provided Balinese and Indonesian language lessons for us, which was a delightful and often funny way to start the day. The chef who looked after our personal bbq, Gadday, was most entertaining and could not do enough for us, including making sure the karaoke machine was working well for us. There may be more luxurious places to stay in Seminyak, (not that there was anything wrong with our accomodation or the facilities!) but we felt we'd found our Bali family at Peppers. We've already recommended Peppers to everyone we talk about our holiday with, and we'd definitely return. My only suggestion is that they make the font on the name tags bigger so its easy to see the names of the staff.
