Official Description

This fully refurbished family resort is very nicely situated in a walking distance of  the beach and the marina. It is only a 10-15 minute-walk to the centre of Kos, although many restaurants can be found within short distance. The main touristic and historic sites, such as Askleipion, Casa Romana and the Ancient market, are within easy reach of the hotel, approximately 1.5 km away. This is the ideal place for families with children that wish to enjoy lively holidays under the sun. Peridis Family Resort has got 5 apartment buildings and a central entertainment area with bar/restaurant, playground, spa, sauna, gym, tennis, beach volley, mini golf ect. The area also have 2 swimming pools, 1 child pool and a jacuzzi. On the roof terrace in the entertainment area we offer a quiet space for adults only. This terrace also has a heated jacuzzi and you can order an outdoor massage(charged). Animation May-September. Free baby package with cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bath & trolley. Please make a note for this on the reservation.

Lovely hotel

This is by far the best equipped hotel I have stayed at however a few things could be done to improve the stay: if you could stream to the TVs that would be fab, the wifi leaves a lot to be desired and whoever the cleaners came in they would remove towels and only replace some of them so they dwindled through the weeks. At one point they took a duvet! There was always sun loungers available around the kids pool so no issue there however the policy that beds can’t be reserved was ignored by many with towels appearing from around 8am onwards (pool opens at 10) and some even popping reserved signs on the beds around the main pool. Entertainment wasn’t great but I’m sure it suited others. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We would defo return.

Superb staff and accomodation

From the moment we arrived (late at night), to be greeted by the friendly night manager, until the time we left, the attentiveness and courtesy of the staff were as exceptional as the accomodation was delightful. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and we were looked after so well that this hotel will always be remebered by us as a superb family holiday. Thank you from each of us to all of you working there, and to the owners for so successfully instilling the "customer first" attitude amongst your staff.

Beautiful stay

Peridis family resort is a lovely resort. The hotel is spotless the staff can’t do enough for you. Mr and my 2 children stayed in August and we had a beautiful time. It’s not to far to walk to Kos town 10 minute walk and there are plenty of restaurants bars on the doorstep. We loved it
