Official Description

This fully refurbished family resort is very nicely situated in a walking distance of  the beach and the marina. It is only a 10-15 minute-walk to the centre of Kos, although many restaurants can be found within short distance. The main touristic and historic sites, such as Askleipion, Casa Romana and the Ancient market, are within easy reach of the hotel, approximately 1.5 km away. This is the ideal place for families with children that wish to enjoy lively holidays under the sun. Peridis Family Resort has got 5 apartment buildings and a central entertainment area with bar/restaurant, playground, spa, sauna, gym, tennis, beach volley, mini golf ect. The area also have 2 swimming pools, 1 child pool and a jacuzzi. On the roof terrace in the entertainment area we offer a quiet space for adults only. This terrace also has a heated jacuzzi and you can order an outdoor massage(charged). Animation May-September. Free baby package with cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bath & trolley. Wonderful stay with friendly staff and top quality accommodation

The hotel apartment was wonderfully spacious and had many great touches. It was very well serviced. The Greek night was a highlight so fun.It is suitable for couples and families. The breakfast and other food at the pool bar restaurant was really excellent. There is an expert in house pastry chef who makes wonderful cakes , biscuits and pastries. The friendly staff at the hotel really make your holiday special. They are genuinely interested in making your stay enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Great Hotel (Location, facilities and value for money)

Just returned from a wonderful 11 night stay with my partner. Considering what you pay (we were B&B) it was excellent value for money. Room was a good size, comfy bed and all SC facilities if required, fridge, microwave etc. Only slight negative was bathroom which was fine, but bit dated, however considering cost of holiday this was not a problem. Hotel in very good location (15 to 20 mins) if you want a short walk to centre Kos Town/ Harbour. Personally thought hotel in good surroundings, very safe and traditional, not run down. The staff were amazing, extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Food and drink purchased on site were well priced for a hotel and good value. Breakfast was very good and something for everyone, if you want traditional English breakfast, with English std food like Richmond sausages, hash browns etc go somewhere else or go Self Catering. Personally we enjoyed the breakfast and variety. Pool area was immaculate and very well maintained. Would definitely recommend staying here and will hopefully return in the future.

Although in a very run down area. The hotel is spotless clean and the staff are amazing Big shout out to Peter and Angelo behind the bar Made our evening’s Also Yiannis by the pool Interacted with the children Even tho we didn’t have any with us we enjoyed watching him make a fuss of them Wouldn’t return again as we did not like Kos Town Even though we have visited many Greeks islands. Kos wasn’t up at the top of our list Hotel is somewhat disjointed as there are 5 different buildings and you have to cross roads to go to the pool. Or the bar and then another to reception shame really as it would be a really lovely hotel if on one complex Pool umbrellas and beds need changing desperately
