Official Description

This fully refurbished family resort is very nicely situated in a walking distance of  the beach and the marina. It is only a 10-15 minute-walk to the centre of Kos, although many restaurants can be found within short distance. The main touristic and historic sites, such as Askleipion, Casa Romana and the Ancient market, are within easy reach of the hotel, approximately 1.5 km away. This is the ideal place for families with children that wish to enjoy lively holidays under the sun. Peridis Family Resort has got 5 apartment buildings and a central entertainment area with bar/restaurant, playground, spa, sauna, gym, tennis, beach volley, mini golf ect. The area also have 2 swimming pools, 1 child pool and a jacuzzi. On the roof terrace in the entertainment area we offer a quiet space for adults only. This terrace also has a heated jacuzzi and you can order an outdoor massage(charged). Animation May-September. Free baby package with cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bath & trolley. Please make a note for this on the reservation.

Ok but over rated

Had a 10 night stay in Aug, hotel not 5* in my opinion? Even by Greek standards. Yes it was clean but it’s very dated. We had. 1 bedroom apartment and it was very small. Have to cross the road to the pool which isn’t ideal. The pool is large and there are plants of beds BUT they are crammed together very closely, it was all a bit chaotic for my liking. The area around the hotel is a bit run down and it’s a fair walk to the centre of Kos town though there are some decent tavernas near by. Overall we had a good time and nothing to moan about but the rave reviews make it seem like something it isn’t. Don’t over expect and you’ll be fine!

Wonderful stay with friendly staff and top quality accommodation

The hotel apartment was wonderfully spacious and had many great touches. It was very well serviced. The Greek night was a highlight so fun.It is suitable for couples and families. The breakfast and other food at the pool bar restaurant was really excellent. There is an expert in house pastry chef who makes wonderful cakes , biscuits and pastries. The friendly staff at the hotel really make your holiday special. They are genuinely interested in making your stay enjoyable. Highly recommended.

We are perfectly situated in walking distance from the beach, the Marina and the city centre, so when you want to go out to explore, nothing is far away.
