We visit the hotel with more families together and it was an unbelievable experience. The restaurant for breakfast had various and great choices. Our favourite part was the main pool where we joined all the activities provided from the Entertainment team Asha, Dino and Kelvin. Our children adore you in the kids club and it was one of the reasons we keep coming back to Graceland. Graceland was a dream beautiful people beautiful resort, the pool the staff was incredible, especially in the pool with pool sports dino and kelvin literally made our days, each time they were out my energy boosted, so friendly , they even joined us in the pool games, I loved Graceland but I will be 100% going back there because of dino and kelvin they are not just graceland employees they became my friends

Lovely resort stay

We stayed at Graceland for 9 nights in April and really enjoyed ourselves. We stayed in pool access rooms and definitely recommend them as it was lovely to just be able to walk straight off our patio into the pool. The resort is located on the outer area of Patong which is a bit nicer and quieter but still close to shops. Buffet breakfast has a large variety of different foods however if the resort is full it can be very busy even in the “off peak” times. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The pools were lovely but they can get very busy however there are many to choose from. The only negative we had was that it would often take all day for our room to be serviced which could be a little frustrating as we tend to go out in the morning then come back in the afternoon for swimming and rest before going out again. The resort has a lot of rooms so if staff are not able to get to them until close to 5pm then maybe you need more staff. But otherwise we loved our time here and would definitely come back again!
