Unprofessional behaviour of staff and they are rude. Not recommended with family specially infants.

Unprofessional behaviour of staff and property rules. Not at all kids friendly. They cut the light at 12 without any prior notification. Pool is gins and breakfast is not even good. Please remind breakfast is 7-10 but they didnt refill after 9:30.

Lovely suites, modern and we even had our own private roof terrace with a Jacuzzi, well worth the money we booked here as a nearby hotel refused to honour our booking, due to being over booked, we booked here and arrived 15 mins later. Everything ran smoothly, we paid our 2000 bart deposit and was in our room within another 15 mins, they took all our suitcases up to the room all we had to do was relax 😊. They offered a shuttle bus to the beach with a return 3 times a day, we however liked the walk it only took 10 mins. if you want a relaxing retreat this is your place, breakfast was included was ok had freshly made omelet and had other options such as pasta, toast chicken sausages and some Thai options, staff where always very helpful and rooms were kept very clean, if ever in this area again this will be my first point of call

Had a quick one-night stay and was pleasantly surprised by the high standard of the room – modern and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience enjoyable. I had a good breakfast in the morning, adding to the positive impression. However, I was less keen on the adjoining room and balcony setup, which felt a bit less private. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider returning

If there was an option for no star or minus stars i would have surely given that.. please dont get fooled by the pictures they all are scam.. its the worst ever place to live in on ur holiday with dingy rooms, old property, bad flooded toilets, and above all the staff with unforgettable attitude.. on check in they asked to pay extra which i wasn’t informed at the time of booking.. however my kids were so tired and it was so late at night i agreed to pay next day once i talk to the manager, we get the room and it was a horror with mosquitos and cockroaches all over .. such a bad hygiene and dingy smelly rooms.. on asking for extra key and telling the staff that if i need an extra key and u dont provide how do i move around.. they said u stay or leave its ur wish.. such a pathetic and rude staff.. even 7 star hotel sstaff do not have such an unpleasing attitude .. save urself from this disaster.. biggest mistake i ever did was to trust the reviews on booking.com never again .. its all bought reviews and scam to fool People
