Playacar Palace All Inclusive

It was DELICIOUS, cozy and the service (Ivan was our server and everyone else who served us) kind, quick and accomodating to our kids’ needs. We kept ordering more because every single dish exceeded our expectations!

First of all, we really like the little town of Playa Del Carmen the diversity there of Beach, quiet time , but being able to also walk in to fifth Avenue so it’s not like you are secluded stuck somewhere there’s room to roam! That’s why we have always enjoyed our stay at the play a car palace in Playa Del Carmen! from the time you arrive , wonderful people are waiting to help you start your vacation ! Mary at the front desk, speaks great English. She’s a wonderful gal, smiles, and just so willing to help you and she does go out of her way to do so! the gentleman out front that help you get your luggage up to room. They are wonderful people very nice and these guys will go out of their way to make sure your vacation starts off on a great note! Our rooms were just perfectly kept always stocked with everything we needed! Francisco was our mini bar guy and he kept our room stocked for whatever we needed. Beer Coca-Cola chips peanuts he was on it! Now let’s go to two really wonderful people Wilbur and Gladys- public relations. They are the absolute best public relations personnel that anyone in the industry could ask for! Gladys and Wilbur both go above and beyond to help you if they can do it, they will do it! Palace Resorts are very lucky to have these two people on their payroll! We have traveled to many Palace Resorts and they are by far at the very top!! If we don’t go back to playa Del Carmen next year, I am truly going to miss themas my public relations people! they took care of , not only me as the member, but also my friends who came along! Everyone at the playa car Palace Resorts in Playa Del Carmen are just wonderful ! Mary , as I already mentioned, Sara at the front desk when you went down for breakfast in the morning, our girls Paola and Esteffannia knew your name, knew where you like to sit and we’re always quick to accommodate you for breakfast! Mariell guest services. She was fabulous- if you had some questions about some tours and she would have to look into them she would go above and beyond to find you to give you your answer or your options or whatever you were inquiring about. There’s not one person at that resort, each and every staff member, that I just can’t say enough about Olivia, Jesus, Juan, Benito ,Leticia, Jorge Guillermo -if I owned a hotel each, I would hire! Now , the spa! talk about wonderful treatment and services Mercedes Mirabel just to name a few cause I can’t remember all their names. I wish I could because you’re all fabulous the gal behind the spa desk and the two fellas behind the spa desk were so patient and kind and willing to help you with your appointments. Can’t say enough about them. I would highly recommend play a car Palace in playa del Carmen Mexico -the staff there is incredible! Hats off to each and every one of you because you made our vacation wonderful and so enjoyable! Those two guys at the pool concierge - Marvin and Ignacio, they will get you a chair and they will find you an umbrella! All you need to do is ask ! both of those guys are wonderful! I think I need to just take a book with me next time cause I would like to give them all a big thank you for making our vacation so special . And just one last shout out to our girl Perla she was the best! if you went thirsty out at the pool that was your own fault! Perla was there to make sure whatever you wanted water, cocktails, beer, etc your glass did not go empty!!! Thank you again for being such a wonderful staff at playa Carr, Palace, and play Del Carmen Mexico!

An absolute amazing time . All restaurants were five star. Our experience at trattoria was perfection . Jesus our waiter helped with my daughter's birthday experience. Beautiful cake and the staff was awesome. Jose made a tiramisu at our table . The manager Adrian checked in on us accordingly. Great experience. Thank you .

We had the most amazing stay at Playacar palace, all of the staff went above and beyond and nothing was ever too much trouble. Special shout out to Israel and Robert in cafe del mar for waiting on us each day and making it such a fun experience for the kids. Fabiola, Eva, Julianna, Iran and Leonel in the coffee shop, they not only provided the most polite and efficient service but gladly helped to teach us some Spanish too! You made our stay unforgettable and we hope to see you again very soon!
