Porto Bello Beach

I recently returned from a stay at Porto Bello Beach in Kos, and I can genuinely say it was the best holiday I have experienced. The resort exceeded expectations in every area, from service to facilities. Service: The staff were consistently welcoming, professional, and attentive. Nearly every interaction felt warm and genuine, which made a real difference to the overall experience. Accommodation & Facilities: The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The hotel grounds are beautifully kept, with spacious pool areas and direct access to a stunning beach. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, and everything felt well organised without ever being crowded. Special call out to Noemi and Fanni (hope this is spelt correctly). They were so kind and friendly, stopping to chat to us every day and making sure we had everything we need. We loved Noemi’s aquafit class. Food & Drink: The dining options were excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality dishes catering to all tastes. It wasn’t clear to us that you can also book (for free) the other 3 restaurants which were a value add and we loved all 3. Meals were consistently well prepared, and the range of options meant there was something new to enjoy every day. Entertainment & Atmosphere: The entertainment team put on enjoyable shows and activities that added to the holiday atmosphere without being intrusive. The overall environment of the resort was relaxed and welcoming, perfect for both families and couples. Overall: Porto Bello Beach delivered on every level and created a truly memorable holiday. The combination of excellent service, high-quality facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a resort I would highly recommend and one I plan to return to.

GOOD: The service was really good from everyone who worked at the hotel, very kind with children. Fanni was an amazing host, so kind and great hospitality. Erwin was very kind and also had a great hospitality. There was one more girl but I don’t remember her name, she held the bingo and minidisco (and more) she was amazing with all the children. There was so much activities for the kids every night and day! Very close to the beach and a bar at the beach with food, drinks, ice cream and milkshakes. The all inclusive drinks was good, a lot to choose from. The hotel room was nice, AC and close to the pool. Mezzo mezzo restaurant (one time per stay) was great, you got to choose appetizers, main course, dessert. Lovely food. Waterpark, you had the opportunity to visit the waterpark as much as you wanted (3 minutes walk) which was great, so fun for the kids. BAD: The food was 5/10, the breakfast was better than lunch and dinner. It felt like it was the same food over and over or at least the same spices so the food tasted the same. You had the opportunity to book at three restaurants (we only booked two, mezzo mezzo italian and Olea). Olea made us really disappointed, we thought we were going to get something other than the food from the As-star buffet but it was the exact same food just less to choose from. Really boring. The pool was very salty! It was almost like they put sea water in the pool, It was awful to get it in your eyes or mouth. THE TOILETS! You can’t lock the doors ? Not in the hotel room or anywhere else. Far from the main city, like 40 minutes taxi ride and costs around 50 euro one way. Backmassage, Dimitra gave me 20 minutes backmassage, which was so nice and relaxing.

Dimitra is an amazing therapist!! It was my first massage and i really enjoyed it. Thanks a lot for this incredible massage, i would definitely recommend it !!

Fanni, one of the entertainers is brilliant and was so lovely with us. She’s an incredible bingo host (even though we lost 😂) and generally so nice.
