This luxury hotel comprises 346 rooms spread over 9 floors, in 2 wings. Located across from Antalya's Konyaalti Beach which is connected by a tunnel, this modernly designed hotel offers facilities for leisure and business, having a number of meeting and social function rooms. The city centre is 8 km and can be easily reached by public transport which runs in front of the hotel. An indoor shopping centre is nearby. nice hotel,staff,food, amenities,however what i found a big let down was with mixer drinks,all inclusive fair enough,with local alcohol,but a vodka and orange with cheap sugary orange substitute,made this a no no,the same with gin and tonic,all mixers cheap sugary substitutes,for a country that grows and exports tonnes of oranges cannot for the life of me why the don't offer the real juice as standard.ended up going to a local shop and buying the real thing and taking it to the bar,not good enough

We stayed here for 3 nights. We arrived on the assumption that we were coming to a 5* hotel. It should be listed as a 3* to be honest. The only positive things were the proximity and easy access to the beach, and the drinks available by the pool and beach. Although with paying to stay at a supposedly 5* resort, we would have expected staff to come round and ask what drinks we'd like, rather than having to get up and get them ourselves. The entertainment at night was ok. But the music played by the DJ whilst waiting for the entertainment to start was unnecessarily too loud. The negatives: - The food was mediocre to bad. - There was a lack of amenities usually found in a 5* hotel - bath robes and a proper duvet cover. It was basically a towel as a duvet cover. - When sitting by the pool, the music was 4/5 songs playing on repeat. This got on our nerves. - We had our Do Not Disturb sign on the door, yet someone came into our room in the morning (presumably staff), noticed we were sleeping as the curtains were shut and then left. - We found a few staff members working at the reception and bar to be rude. They were giving us 1-word answers as if we were bothering them by asking questions. Made us feel really unwelcome. On one occassion, we were standing at the bar inside the hotel lobby and ordered drinks. The barman made them and then left them for us to walk to the other side of the bar to collect. He didn't even tell us they were ready. This is not what we expected from a hotel listed as 5 stars. - However with that said, it should be noted that the staff working in the restaurant by the pool and the restaurant inside the hotel, and the staff at the guest relations desk were lovely and helpful. As was the woman serving juices who always welcomed us with a smile. Would I stay at Porto Bello hotel again? Unfortunately, not.

Truly exceptional stay

My stay at Portobello Antalya was absolutely unreal! The service was flawless from start to finish, and the all-inclusive concept here is on another level. Dinner every night had a different theme from a world cuisine, and the food was always fresh and delicious. Drinks were literally everywhere: free slushes by the pool and beach, cocktails, coffee & tea stations, and cold water available at all times. By the pool, there were plenty of snacks and fresh waffles, and at night they even had a unique mini breakfast that starts at midnight and runs until regular breakfast! The animation team kept the energy going all day long with back-to-back programs and activities. The hotel is super kids-friendly with ramps everywhere and a family-oriented vibe. Cleanliness was excellent. Even though the hotel was fully occupied, I never once felt like the service was slow. Room service was also on point—if you put “do not disturb,” they still kindly leave coffee, tea, sugar, and water bottles at your door so you can refill your in-room coffee bar later. The minibar was always restocked with Pepsi, Fanta, and more. Honestly, Portobello isn’t just a hotel—it’s a whole experience. Highly recommended 👌

The comfortable rooms that are decorated with utmost care have both Sea and Mountain View. There are 8 Senior Suites, 8 Junior Suites, 49 Family rooms, 3 Handicapped rooms and 281 Standard rooms totaling up to 346 rooms. There are two pools, indoor and outdoor. The indoor pool is heated; the outdoor pool is 1500 sqm, and the indoor pool is 100 sqm. The Chaise Lounges, umbrellas and towels are free of charge. In the Children's Club, special programs are provided for children between the ages of 04 - 12. The beach has pebbly characteristics, and is connected to the hotel by a special tube passageway.
