This luxury hotel comprises 346 rooms spread over 9 floors, in 2 wings. Located across from Antalya's Konyaalti Beach which is connected by a tunnel, this modernly designed hotel offers facilities for leisure and business, having a number of meeting and social function rooms. The city centre is 8 km and can be easily reached by public transport which runs in front of the hotel. An indoor shopping centre is nearby. Very big resort We took all inclusive which was great - they do provide lots and lots of food, quite good quality Room was big w/ocean view Wifi worked perfectly The gym was great The location was top notch Parking is free On the slightly negative end, the room isolation is not great as We could hear everything next door… and also, There is a guy with a parrot offering pictures near the restaurant. He is very loud and the poor parrot seemed completely stressed. Stop using animals for entertainment please 🙏🏼

The stuff in the hotel is realy very friendly.. but the young person in Black cloud in the Restorant of my guestion answerd: in this hotel is normal to eat also chese skin.... Sorry.....I'm travelling a lot, but to me never happens something like this....also not in Cuba....the beach is nice, but close to the heaven......sorry the picture I will send from Europe, because they have stoppen the Fotos on my Phone

Worst stay ever! Avoid at all cost!!!

I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, but this one was by far the most disappointing. The staff, from the reception to the bar and canteen, are some of the most unfriendly and unprofessional I’ve ever encountered. The worst of them all is the so-called General Manager of Guest Relations—completely unhelpful and rude, as if guests are a nuisance. The rooms are another disaster. The duvet cover and bed sheet were so old and rough they felt like sandpaper. Clearly, they’ve been excessively washed and never replaced. No softness at all—definitely not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. To make things worse, the tap water in the bathroom didn’t work for most of my stay. They only bothered to fix it on my last day. Housekeeping didn’t clean my room or change the towels on the third day, and when they do give you towels, they’re ancient and worn out. At one point, I was even denied access to my own room because the key card was deactivated. I had to go back to reception to have it reactivated—no apology, no explanation. And the food? Absolutely dreadful. Nothing is fresh. They just take leftovers from the fridge and serve them again. The quality is extremely poor, and it’s obvious there’s no care or hygiene standard in the kitchen. To top it all off, don’t bother trying to send them a complaint email—they simply won’t reply. Total lack of accountability. I would never stay here again, and I strongly recommend others to stay away. This place is a disgrace to the 5-star label.

This hotel is one of the best hotel that we ever stayed, their customer service is amazing. We have a great time in the hotel and can’t wait to visit again with the whole family. An again wonderful peoples and good customers service and above all the staffs are always ready to assist you with they open hand and big welcoming and friendly attitude, will tell all my friends and family about this great hotel and the wonderful hospitality they offer to they gust and the staff are very very friendly too, thank you.

The Porto Bello Hotel is located at the Konyaalti Beach which is one of the longest stretch of beaches in the Mediterranean region,at the skirts of the "Beydaglari" Mountains, and only 8 km. away from the city center, a very popular area of Antalya. The comfortable rooms that are decorated with utmost care have both Sea and Mountain View. There are 8 Senior Suites, 8 Junior Suites, 49 Family rooms, 3 Handicapped rooms and 281 Standard rooms totaling up to 346 rooms. There are two pools, indoor and outdoor. The indoor pool is heated; the outdoor pool is 1500 sqm, and the indoor pool is 100 sqm. The Chaise Lounges, umbrellas and towels are free of charge. In the Children's Club, special programs are provided for children between the ages of 04 - 12. The beach has pebbly characteristics, and is connected to the hotel by a special tube passageway.
