This luxury hotel comprises 346 rooms spread over 9 floors, in 2 wings. Located across from Antalya's Konyaalti Beach which is connected by a tunnel, this modernly designed hotel offers facilities for leisure and business, having a number of meeting and social function rooms. The city centre is 8 km and can be easily reached by public transport which runs in front of the hotel. An indoor shopping centre is nearby. AMAZING !!!!

It was a great experience.the rooms were comfortable and the food was good and particularly the breakfast. The animation team was amazing and I really liked spending time with all of them and especially the aquagym (with Sesona) or the darts game (with Ege) or the morning gym (with Maryam). It was a really fun and thanks to them, I really have a lot of good memories!! Thank you

Excellent hotel. At first, I was hesitant after reading some negative reviews, but I eventually decided to go and I don’t regret it. I fully recommend it. The hotel is modern, clean, well maintained, located right across from the sea, separated only by a road with a tunnel leading directly to a private pebble beach. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are comfortable, cleaned daily, with sheets and towels changed regularly. The food is of very good quality, generous and varied meals. Another notable point: the restaurant remains open all night with a limited menu available, which is rare and convenient. The animation team is good. A few negative points, though they don't significantly affect the overall quality of the stay: – Some guests slam their doors loudly at night with no consideration for others’ sleep. The noise is disturbing, possibly due to poor sound insulation between rooms. This is not the hotel’s fault but rather due to the lack of civility from certain clients. – It’s difficult to find a free table during dinner at peak times. Again, a matter of poor behavior: some people occupy tables for four while sitting alone, not eating, just staring at their phones, while others are left standing and waiting. – One Italian dinner was included (by reservation). Despite trying to book it on the very first day of our stay, there was no availability for the entire week until our departure. This raises questions about how accessible this offer really is. But overall, a very good hotel, definitely deserves its 5 stars.

While our stay had a few positive moments, overall, it fell far short of the expectations one would have from a 5-star resort. Let me start with the positives. The receptionist who checked us in was excellent—friendly, professional, and accommodating. We truly appreciated being given our room earlier than the standard check-in time, as well as having our request for rooms on the same floor fulfilled. The beach bar service was also good, and a special mention goes to Osman who stood out with his great attitude. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t live up to the same standard. The F&B staff were noticeably disengaged and lacked basic attentiveness. They mostly wandered around and occasionally picked up empty cups. At no point did I feel welcomed—on the contrary, it felt as if neither the staff nor the atmosphere wanted us there. During meals, staff didn’t offer drinks or even make eye contact, but were quick to remove plates, sometimes while we were still eating. It gave the impression that they wanted us gone as quickly as possible. Cleanliness was also a letdown. The room and general areas were not as clean as they should be, especially for a resort of this caliber. Housekeeping didn’t consistently replenish amenities, and I found myself having to ask for basics like coffee and tea that should be provided daily without question. One of the most frustrating moments was being told we couldn’t play billiards past 9 PM because guests on the first floor complained about the noise—yet every other night, others played until 11 PM without issue. It made the rule feel selectively applied, especially when music from the pool area blasted until 11 PM each night. The inconsistency and lack of consideration was disappointing. The entertainment left much to be desired. Shouting "show time" through the entire hotel every evening before underwhelming performances wasn’t exactly inviting. The Turkish night was decent, but other shows were cancelled and replaced with poorly executed alternatives. The entertainment team manager should rethink the approach. Rules around the pool were also not enforced. With the hotel near full capacity, it was unacceptable that guests could “reserve” sunbeds in the early morning and leave for hours, making it impossible for others to find a spot. Likewise, rules about jumping and floating devices were ignored, contributing to a sense of chaos rather than relaxation. Lastly, one of the biggest disappointments was the complete lack of Turkish hospitality. Not only did most staff not speak English, but more importantly, not once did I feel the warmth or hospitality that Turkey is known for. This alone made the experience feel impersonal and cold. This resort has potential, but the service culture, cleanliness standards, and overall guest experience need serious attention. I certainly expected more and unfortunately, would not recommend it in its current state.

The comfortable rooms that are decorated with utmost care have both Sea and Mountain View. There are 8 Senior Suites, 8 Junior Suites, 49 Family rooms, 3 Handicapped rooms and 281 Standard rooms totaling up to 346 rooms. There are two pools, indoor and outdoor. The indoor pool is heated; the outdoor pool is 1500 sqm, and the indoor pool is 100 sqm. The Chaise Lounges, umbrellas and towels are free of charge. In the Children's Club, special programs are provided for children between the ages of 04 - 12. The beach has pebbly characteristics, and is connected to the hotel by a special tube passageway.
