Porto Fira Suites was absolutely incredible. The hotel itself is stunning, with a breathtaking view that is truly priceless. The pool is beautiful, the rooms were always perfectly clean, and because there are only a few rooms, there is an amazing sense of peace and privacy. It really feels like a little paradise in Santorini. But what made our stay truly unforgettable was the exceptional service. I have stayed in many hotels, but I have honestly never experienced hospitality like this before. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. A very special thank you to Natassa and Mayra, who were simply incredible. They took care of absolutely everything for us. When we needed to rent a car, they arranged everything without us having to worry about a thing. They were always kind, helpful, smiling and genuinely attentive to every little detail. One small gesture says everything about the level of care here: on the third day, they even remembered that I preferred my cappuccino with lactose-free milk, even though I had originally ordered it with regular milk. It may seem like a small detail, but it shows just how much attention they give to their guests. Before our arrival, we were informed that the air conditioning in our suite had unfortunately broken down. Despite the fact that we slept perfectly well throughout our stay, the staff continued every single day to offer us alternative solutions and make sure we were completely comfortable. Their kindness and professionalism went far beyond what we could ever have expected. And on our last day, after our check out, also to be forgiven for the problem, since our flight was late in the evening, they even gave us another room so that we could relax and enjoy our final hours in Santorini comfortably. An incredible gesture that we will never forget. If I could, I would come back to Porto Fira Suites tomorrow and stay forever! ❤️ Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our stay so special and unforgettable. Our stay at Porto Fira Suites was truly wonderful. We absolutely loved the cozy, intimate feel of the hotel, the incredible views, and their delicious breakfast. What made our stay truly unforgettable, though, was Mayra. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and well taken care of. When we had an issue with the AC, the hotel handled it exceptionally well and generously offered us a complimentary Royal Suite at the adjacent hotel, which was absolutely amazing. Mayra made the entire experience seamless and ensured we were comfortable every step of the way. She also gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, was incredibly accommodating, and was always ready to help with genuine warmth and care. She is, without a doubt, the most professional and caring hotel receptionist we have ever met. Santorini is breathtaking on its own, but Mayra and Porto Fira Suites made our experience truly special. She made our visit unforgettable, and we cannot thank her enough!

Cannot recommend Porto Fira Suites highly enough. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed at our pick up by Zenel who hat off to him carried 36kgs of luggage down for us. The location is just perfect, so central for restaurants, bars and shopping. Each suite has a beautiful view of the Caldera. Breakfast is delivered to the room and was really tasty. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and couldnt do enough for you. Special shout out to Myra who was so attentive and for me doing my first trip travelling with my daughter on my own she made it so easy for us 🙏. Cannot recommend Porto Fira Suites enough, just fabulous.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we reluctantly left, our stay was exceptional. The suites are beautiful, spotless, comfortable and perfectly located, but what truly makes this place special is the people. A huge thank you to Mira at reception, whose warmth and genuine kindness made us feel at home from day one. She was always smiling, always happy to help, and by the end of the week it felt less like saying goodbye to a receptionist and more like saying goodbye to a friend. Thank you to Evangelos, the General Manager, for creating a hotel where hospitality genuinely comes from the heart. That culture is obvious in every interaction. To Chris and Orestis at the bar, thank you for the laughs, the conversations and for making everything feel relaxed and welcoming. And to Dennis, who looked after us every morning at breakfast with such friendliness and care, thank you for helping every day start with a smile. We’ve stayed in many wonderful hotels over the years, but very few leave a lasting impression because of the people. This one does. We arrived as guests and left feeling like we’d made friends. Thank you for giving Paul and Erica a holiday we’ll remember for a very long time. We sincerely hope our paths cross again.

We don't often leave reviews, and we travel internationally often. Our entire experience at Porto Fira Suites was INCREDIBLE. This is a 6-STAR Santorini Hotel!! We had 9 persons in our group, booked 3 rooms, for 4 nights. The rooms and the views are amazing. But every single staff member; Evan, Natasha, Mira, and Chris (at the Bar) made our stay the best ever. The staff were simply TREMENDOUS, ALL of them !!! We did not want to leave our hotel, we would re-book here in a heart beat. We can not recommend this hotel & staff enough. Additionally, the food and drinks at Porto Fira Suites was some of the best we had in all of Santorini. But most of all, the level of care & service the entire staff provided us was second to none!!
