The sound and music culture gave the whole place a rhythm you don’t find anywhere else, and the food and drinks were excellent throughout. Knowing the sustainability philosophy behind it all made the experience feel even more meaningful. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The team made us feel welcome at every turn, and the service was warm, smooth, and effortless. We had an unforgettable time and are already planning to come back next year. If you want a place that blends design, music, culture, and world-class hospitality, this is it.

A beautiful and luxurious place with a great atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent — all the staff were friendly, warm, and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Thankyou for that sweet anniversary cake for us 🤍 The location is perfect, with restaurants, cafes, and shops just within walking distance. The beachfront day beds are a lovely touch, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Everything was wonderful and relaxing. Just a little note, if you’re expecting a quiet beach club experience, the beach club area itself can get quite crowded, especially during busy hours. But overall, it was still an amazing stay and a memorable experience.

From the moment we arrived to check in and throughout our 6 days stay, everyone here is so friendly,warm & helpful!!!!Even though there were quite a number of people checking in when i arrived, but the reception officers made sure we had drinks,cool towels and someone personally came to our seats to check us in.Someone brought us for a tour of the resort before showing us to our room. We collected our welcome gifts, a water bottle and recycle bags. The service is very personalised here. The room is super comfortable, clean and the Ala-Carte breakfast were amazing!!!!We enjoyed the beachfront,pool,and all the amenities and activities that were available during our stay.We even had dinner in one of the restaurants during our stay and the “cumi bakar” was so delicious.Service is top notch here from the security upfront to the housekeeping staffs.Kudos to all who are working there!!!!We will definitely be back!!!!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Potato Head Bali. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the entire team. Even before entering the hotel area, we were greeted by Mr.Dennis, who immediately made us feel at home. He assisted us with the check-in process, explained all the hotel facilities in detail, and personally escorted us to our room. His service was incredibly professional, genuine, and thoughtful. When he asked about our flight schedule and learned that we had a later departure, he kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which we truly appreciated. A special thank you to Mr.Hutri for the exceptional hospitality and special treatment throughout our stay. Your attention to detail and genuine care made our experience even more memorable. We also had the pleasure of enjoying cocktails prepared by Mr.Rahadi. Not only were the cocktails delicious, but his explanations, passion, and genuine service made the experience even better. Dinner at the Beach Club was fantastic. Every waiter and waitress was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food was excellent, and the same can be said for breakfast—great food and an incredibly helpful team. During check-out, Mr.Royman was also extremely helpful and even assisted us with our luggage all the way to the car. What impressed us most was the consistency of service from every single team member. From security, housekeeping, public area staff, operators, receptions at AM House, to the pool attendants at the Suite Pool—everyone was genuinely kind, warm, and professional. It is rare to find a hotel where every team member delivers such exceptional hospitality, but Potato Head Bali has truly achieved it. We left feeling cared for, appreciated, and already looking forward to coming back. We only had one night but it was amazing. Enjoyed sunset cocktails down by the pool, and the sunset cocktail bar, dinner at the plant based restaurant and every experience was truly wonderful. Breakfast service was also so lovely. The rooms are so nice, beds are like clouds and all the little touches are perfect. Will be back!
