At 2:30AM—despite DND—staff called claiming my TV too loud, waking me despite quiet playback. Early morning intrusion added to exhaustion. Front Office Manager Yoga did handle some concerns professionally via WhatsApp—credit there. Overall, avoidable lapses soured the experience. Note for special trips: standards inconsistent and all the way miscommunications between their staffs—messages from all enquiries all time misaligned and different, create confusion more than answers.
