There are better places to stay in Bali for the money.

The Prama would be okay if they were honest about their rating and not pretend to be something they are not. This is at best a 3 & 1/2 star resort. My wife & I have been coming to Bali for over thirty years and have stayed in all levels of accommodation, both good & bad. The good Prama. The location, right on the beach is excellent. Also located near many excellent places to eat. The staff try so hard & could not be more helpful. The main pool is big and never feels crowded, although shade is sometimes difficult to find. Smaller pool caters for children and would be welcomed by parents of little ones. Very good coffee at the onsite Cafe. The bad Prama. Even now their website offers a club experience for extra cost. The truth is that they have not operated a club lounge or any other club benefit since covid. The extra club cost is a blatant rip-off and it seems to me the management are happy to collect the extra money and leave the poor staff to deal with the fallout. Having paid the extra club fee we were taken to a very dated and the smallest room ever. We actually paid extra again to move to a room which although larger, was still very dated and certainly not 5 star.

We had the pleasure of staying at Prama Sanur for 10 nights during August. Prime beachfront location with plenty of restaurants and cafes. We stayed in a superior room (garden and partial sea view). Our room was cleaned lovely every day. Good choice at breakfast. Yes, the hotel is dated but in a wonderful. Balinese style. Thank you, Prama.

The Perfect Choice for a Fun Family Vacation!

Prama Sanur Beach Bali is the ideal place for a family holiday. My kids loved the huge swimming pool and the variety of activities offered, like water sports and the play area. We were never bored. Our family room was very comfortable and spacious, providing enough room for all of us. The breakfast at this hotel is amazing, with many delicious local and international dishes to choose from. Its direct access to the beach also made it easy for us to walk or bike along the coast. This hotel successfully created unforgettable family vacation memories. Highly recommended!

Magnificent lush gardens and Hotel grounds with ample choice of restaurants & shops in Resort as well as just a stroll away.Suitable for the entire family from kids to grandpa... Just 20 minutes from the International airport. There is so much activity and things to do in lovely Sanur, the preferred address in Bali.
